We booked a caravan for a long weekend away, we had a warm welcome by the staff when we arrived. We arrived early so we walked around the site and used their facilities while we waited for our check in time.
The whole site is really nice and clean.
The caravan was perfect, right next to the beach, possibly the closest you could get. Plenty of activities to do with the whole family. Some of the prices are on the higher side but you can't really put a price on unforgettable memories. Our caravan had a tamper seal on the door with our family name on which we thought was nice. Swimming was great and not crowded, arcade prices are not expensive, mini market has everything you need, and even a gift shop for souvenirs.
We would definitely come back again.

Brilliant week away!!! Me and my partner came here for our first holiday on the first night we had to get security to bring new bedding to our caravan after the bedding that was on our bed had spots of dried blood and holes in it, the security team responded within an hour to get us new bedding at almost 11pm, the security team were friendly and took their time to talk and have a laugh when visiting the live lounge, the entertainment team always made sure to spend time with visitors off stage getting to know us and taking their time to have a laugh too. Visited mash and barrel and we enjoyed the food here too, we won twice on bingo. Mini mart and Burger King on site which is great for those who don’t want to cook. There is a Tesco and Lidl down the road and direct bus routes to Great Yarmouth town centre from the park. Beach access at the back of the park accessible to all.

Again massive thanks for having us and will be definitely be coming back in the future.

4th time we have been. Great site and dog friendly. We don’t use the facilities but the site is really clean and tidy. Easy to check in,and hassle free. I have never understood why you don’t get a broom in the caravan. We take our own hoover but a dust pan and brush for a week doesn’t work. Would recommend

Amazing place to relax and also a great safe place for the kids to play and enjoy the caravan holiday. this resort is one of the best I've been to. Beautiful sandy beaches so many new activities for the kids, evening entertainment, the whole package at a great cost which includes everything. 10/10 from me.

Accommodation nice, arcade fine, papa johns decent, bar prices very high though. ||Paid £18 for 2 very weak cocktails - either the bacardi is watered down or they are using a half measure of spirits in a £9 cocktail. Complete waste of money - will not buy again.||Beware - most deals are Monday to Thursday only so be prepared to have your wallet drained at weekends.||Some "deals" are pricey anyway - e.g. bottle of cheap fizz for "just" £20 and two 330ml beers for £10. The new American owners sure know how to fleece the customers. Prices are a disgrace. ||Puts me off Haven. Can't even enjoy a £9 cocktail as something dodgy is going on with the spirits here. |

Haven Caister On Sea - Lovely place to stay (I stay on Reedham/ Stokesby area of park)- lovely area of park. Most staff are lovely & friendly. Many thanks to security Craig, Andy, Mike & Holly in the Live Lounge - So very friendly & welcoming. Also thanks to Zoe on check in for being so friendly & welcoming on check in & check out. Lovely Beach. Lovely clean site & facilities.

Lovely weekend break. We stay in 28 Broadlands, a 3 bedroom bronze near to the swimming pool and a short walk to the entertainment venue. The entertainment team was brilliant and fantastic with the kids. We went swimming twice but they soon got bored. Only one small slide and pretty basic pool compared to the other norfolk sites. Hence, the 4 rating. Otherwise, we would return.

My wife booked a weekend break for this park as a little get away to an area that we stay in for a couple of weeks during the summer anyway.||||We just booked a basic caravan for only £49 for three nights. We received a call a couple of days before we were due to arrive to tell us that they had discovered an issue with our selected caravan and would be upgrading us to a bronze van instead, great win ahead of time.||||Arrival was so smooth, they meet you at the gate, everything is handled in double quick time by extremely polite and cheerful staff. Even after giving me a map to find my van, i still got a little off track, but a passing member of staff obviously recognised my confusion and stopped to offer help.||||Arriving at the van, we were a little early and the cleaning staff were still in there, so we went for a wander to get our bearings and grabbed a drink. The park as a whole is very clean, well laid out, well signed and very parent/child friendly as well as pet friendly.||||We got back to the van and went in to find it spotlessly clean, very spacious and all the basics you need, plates, cups, bowls, cutlery, backing tray, fridge, microwave, cooker. We'd ended up in a 6 berth van with three bedrooms, two twins and a double. Spacious bathroom which was ideal for my disabled wife and a great shower with incredible water pressure. Van was centrally heated with radiators in all rooms, very comfortable.||||Our van was a skip and a jump from the beach, with a small incline dune to get over, but then on to a beautiful sandy beach, lovely for walks or to let the kids run wild. They also have some excellent app services to not only order food and drink to your table, inside and out, but also the ability to order Burger King, Papa Johns or Cooks Fish & Chips direct to your van if you want to chill and not venture out.||||We popped in to the 'Mash & Barrel" for Sunday lunch, it was busy, but given the time of the year not heaving, so i ordered our lunches from the bar with a couple of drinks and i had barely sat down and taken a couple of sips before our lunches arrived, exceptional service. The Sunday lunch was lovely, well cooked meats, and veg that still had some bite to it, not a soggy mess like some places, with decent portions and for only £18.99 for both of us. The staff were attentive, chatty and very professional.||||Overall, a fantastic experience, from start to finish, every member of staff we met on site was more than happy to genuinely help, the site and vans were in excellent condition, again, wonderful attention to detail by the staff on site.
