Came for a week here in late March 2025 as part of an Alfa Coach Tour.||I absolutely love this hotel and will return at some stage.||I have had a fantastic time here. ||My room was lovely and warm and more importantly, very comfortable. The food was excellent and certainly plentiful.||The staff were so friendly, professional and efficient. A big thank you to Jenny at Reception who was absolutely amazing. I don't know how she does it. She should have joined the Diplomatic Corps - great with all the residents and totally unfazed. The General Manager, Alvaro was really congenial and visible. As were Jordan and Jayne. They really go the extra mile to make you enjoy your stay. ||I would certainly recommend this hotel without reservation. It was warm, friendly and welcoming.||Also I must mention Steve our driver. He was brilliant. ||Thank you all for the great stay there.

Went as part of a coach party considering the hotel was virtually full the service was excellent. A complimentary drink was provided with your evening meal and all drinks in the bar were half price. Our room was clean spacious and had plenty of cupboard space. Finally the manager was brilliant met us on the coach providing us with information for our visit, then on leaving thanking us for visiting and wishing us well for return journey.

Just returned having spent 5 days at the Hotel, an excellent place, very clean, lovely helpful staff. Excellent home made food, good selection, well prepared fresh and served on hot plates. We had a maintenance issue in the room which was quickly resolved. Enjoyed every meal and waiting staff delightful. Highly recommended without hesitation. Room 134 on the corner had lovely sea views and plenty of space.

What a beautiful week to visit Great Yarmouth and attend a salsa festival. Held at this salubrious hotel again. Good to return to it's excellent rooms, location and services. Food provided is perfectly adequate. The promenade is bustling with life and tradition. Definitely recommended for anyone wishing to visit with friends, loved ones or family

I organised a group of 35 people, and understand everyone as different expectations, but from the friendly welcoming from reception staff, luggage taken to our rooms, everyone was satisfied. The rooms was clean, some offering great sea views. Meals was a decent standard, and a good breakfast. Both the waiting staff and bar staff was friendly. We had a few minor problems with the heating in a few of our rooms, but the management sorted that out promptly by putting portable heaters in the rooms until the heating engineers sorted it.Entertainment every evening and a well stocked bar, which was even better with the half price bar offer! Overall itβs hard pleasing 35 customers from one group, but the management and staff certainly did the best. Great location on the promenade and 35 customers would definitely return.

Group booking of 35 people, so I understand everyone as different expectations,we received a friendly welcome, checking in was easy, luggage taken to our rooms, all our rooms was clean and satisfactory, some with great sea views. Meals was of a good standard and a great breakfast. Both the waiting staff and bar staff were friendly. Some of our group had a minor problem with the heating in their rooms, but the management sorted that out quickly by fetching portable heaters in until the heating engineers came. Top marks to the reception staff and management for sorting that promptly.Entertainment every night and a well stocked bar, which was even better with an half price offer on every night.Hotel is in a great location on the promenade.Overall, trying to please 35 of us is not the easiest job, but the management and staff did a great job, so good that all 35 of us would return.
