We booked a week stay at marsh farm in august and can honestly say whenever we decide as a family to go to Yarmouth again our destination will already be chose. Staff were friendly from start to finish , very homely feel around the site and only a small walk from the beach. Would very highly recommend.

All staff I interacted with were lovely. The park is nicely tucked away and quiet which was good with a younger child sleeping earlier. Everything worked well and was beautifully presented and finished down to the table being set with matching tableware. We enjoyed our stay and will go back when are next in the area. Recently had a short stay and my experience was very different to the ones I had read on here. I had caravan number 7 and it was clean and tidy in general, with truly immaculate bathrooms, and really friendly staff. It was perhaps a bit noisy as too near a main road but it honestly didn't bother us as we were tired. I would definitely go back without a doubt.

Great little one night get away, went with my family. I was quite apprehensive due to the price and photos on booking.com looking quite dated but thought we would give it a go. ||The main and most important thing (to me) cleanliness- the whole caravan was absolutely spotless (apart from a couple spiders) , cleaner than places we have stayed and paid three times the amount! I took my own bed linen as I wasn't sure what to expect but mine was left un used as what was in the caravan was again, spotless! ||The one and only downside was the noise from the main road overnight but for one night stay it wasn't a big deal. There was a slightly rowdy neighbour behind us but that went quiet by 9pm.||Overall we found it to be a pleasant stay and would return again if needed.

Had a wonderful stay at Marsh Farm with my 3 daughters , the accommodation was clean and had everything we needed, staff are friendly and there to help with anything. |The camp itself is very pleasant and quiet just what was needed after the hustle and bustle of the main front which is a short distance away .|Definitely recommend and will be returning next summer !

Lovely clean and welcoming caravan, on a small but very quiet site off the main drag, but only a few minutes drive to the pier and main town, only thing i could suggest as a slight improvement, would be a knife knife set added to the utensils. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet stay.
