Value for money exceptional. Room as we expected; clean no frills. All you need. We are regular s here and Kidderminster. Both good, but Hartlebury has Pauline!! She goes the extra mile,with a smile, is super friendly and nothing is too much trouble.|And no, we're not related!!

Amazing friendly, welcoming staff. The place is beautiful and peaceful. You feel at home as soon as you get on the car park. Very clean and beautiful scenery. Someone has put their heart and soul into this little piece of heaven and you won't get anything better for such a cheap price

Easy to find and plenty of parking. Room was clean and spacious - such a big space with no sofa and bed pushed against one wall. Shower was decent. bed was a small double and uncomfortable. Overall an affordable option. Our meal at the Indian restaurant in car park was exceptional!

I arrived for a one night stop-over to friendly welcome by Pauline, who briefed me on the local area. The room was well presented and the bed comfortable, although a trestle for my suitcase would have saved me unpacking at floor level. For £36 this was excellent value. |The place was slightly let down by the messy state of the car park, which could easily be fixed.|I recommend this hotel and thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Reception staff were brilliant, our stay was great and everything was clean, extra milk and coffee was also given and the staff was so friendly. |My son unfortunately left his beloved teddy behind! As any parent will know this is just panic stations! ….., however Matt packaged him up and sent him home ! (And wouldn’t even take payment for doing this) Honestly this is above and beyond and I literally cannot thank Matt enough! Faith in humanity restored xx massive massive thank you to Matt from the brown family and Crumble (the very important teddy) xxxx

The hotel was nice and affordable even though it was close to wherever places are there to visit , but the stuff members are very welcoming and friendly. They made our stay memorable with the small things that don't even matter most. I had fun and most likely will visit again.

I can’t speak more highly of the staff and management at Travelodge Hartlebury. Each person we dealt with greeted us warmly and was efficient, kind and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and any queries we had about the local area were answered with knowledge and patience. This is our second stay this year and we can’t wait to stay again.
