Very busy went I arrived, chairs everywhere and not a lot of room to maneuver the pram, thankfully there was a table near the entrance available.
I had to clear and clean my own table as the staff were very busy and had not noticed cups in several empty tabkes. But toffee muffin and coffee were both good and staff where very helpful bringing both over so I didn't have to struggle with them and the pram

Decided to give this coffee shop a second chance after a mediocre experience previously. Lots of tables with dirty crockery but the amount of crumbs and general debris on the floor was off putting. Premises are shabby. Coffee was ok at best. Two strikes and you're out.

Get some more staff. Ten minutes wait in the queue to get someone to be served. Not the staffs fault when there is only 2 of them on a Sunday. Poor show from management.

My friend and I stopped off on a bike ride arriving at 5.05pm, after trying the door to 'Muffin Break' which was locked, and looking inside there was no customers and one of the staff was mopping up so we presumed they were shut.

We went next door #1 Coffee, with there doors open, friendly staff and customers sat inside and out. We ordered some coffees and then decided to sit outside and perched on the seats outside Muffin Break. A man came out clearly unhappy about this and started angrily saying we cant order at #1 Coffee and then come and use his seating (a fair point - but really done in a rude way) he was not interested at all that we wanted to have coffee from them initially but thought they were shut. I presume this man was the manager but the way he was obviously annoyed and defending his turf to us really seemed quite petty, and considering we stop in droitwich each week after a ride the rudeness has put us off ever picking this coffee/muffin shop. Especially when their competitor #1 Coffee is just 20 metres away and has a much friendly and welcoming approach to business.
