I kept walking past this place and it just looked so good. So finally bit the bullet and went in to grab a bite. I must say that what I had was absolutely delicious! Had a black pudding scotch egg. And I've tried some homemade ones before from other places and they dont even come close to dawnies. I will be coming here more often!

Dawnie catered our evening wedding reception providing a buffet which was exactly what we asked for. The price was exceptionally reasonable and she did everything we asked for and more. Wow, working round the corner and on the off chance popped in, food is amazing, generous portions of homemade tastiness, just as well I don't live closer as I'd be there everyday and have no money left, very friendly staff.

Dawnies is an exceptional place for cakes and treats! We have sampled many of their offerings and enjoyed every one. The scotch eggs are massive and in a variety of coatings, the many pasties are very tasty and their doughnuts and desserts are something else. The Kinder Bueno 🍩 and KB cheesecake come highly recommended for fans of indulgence! Forget Krispy Kremes.. get a Dawnies!

I wanted to do a cream tea today and can't stand the big supermarket ones as they burn your mouth with the taste of baking soda. I rang Dawnies and was told they didn't have any sultana ones, but she said she wasn't too busy and could make me some, and so within 1.5 hours I had 6 warm scones in my car. One word Dawnie, YUMMY and thank you for going that extra mile. 😋 We will certainly be back for more of your delicious food. Thanks again
