Stayed at each beach for a night with work. Had a fantastic experience, met by a wonderful host Richard. Rooms are clean and comfy, with good decor and fixtures. Lounge room available for use to unwind with a pirates rum. Continental style breakfast served was great, all fresh with a good cup of coffee. Really felt like a home from home I can't thank you guys enough.

What a gem of a place! Richard and Mark really have thought of every little detail at this gorgeous guest house and couldn't make you feel more welcome if they tried. Rich (sorry, didn't get the chance to meet Mark) is such a wonderful host, making you feel right at home from the moment I booked. |Beautifully decorated/furnished, spotlessly clean room, comfortable beds, the best shower ever and a fantastic breakfast to start the day.|Wonderful sea views and just a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Stayed from 24th - 26th February for an unwind break with our canine family. Room was thoroughly clean and cosy, lovely comfortable bed along with hot drink facilities and some dog treats was a nice touch. Breakfast was continental, fresh orange, fresh fruit, pastries, fresh yoghurt and tea or coffee very healthy start to the day.|Location was ideal very short walk to the sea front, lots of dog friendly restaurants and cafes around location, would highly recommend to anybody staying.|Hosts where very friendly and have good knowledge of the area.

Warmly greeted at the entrance and shown to our lovely room. Really nice decor, can tell a lot of thought has gone into it. Super comfortable bed. Nice touches like chocolates left for us for valentines and dog treats for our puppy. Great location being right opposite the beach.

Fantastic stay at the East Beach Guest House. We were welcomed from the moment we walked through the door. Very clean and comfortable room with fresh pastries and fruit for breakfast. Recommendations for dinner were spot on. Overall a really relaxing stay.

Everything was perfect, clean, very comfortable, warm, relaxing, delicious breakfast, views. Couldn't fault it. We took our two dogs with us as well. Hosts are very welcoming. We had a bath that was perfect temperature, towels were fluffy 😃

Beautiful guest house in a great seafront location. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly and very happy to share their knowledge of local attractions, restaurants etc. The continental style breakfast was excellent.

Very well presented guest house. Comfortable rooms. Thoughtless touches, in that comments made or improvements that could be made, are just given. The owners remember and seek to please their guests. The breakfasts were excellently not a big fry up but delightful mix of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and pastries.
