We stayed for one night. The room was very clean and the en-suite was nice but without separate shower, which was a shame. The bath took around 10-15 minutes to fill enough for us to get clean. Jules was very welcoming and made a fuss of our dog. We ate in the local pub which was ok - the food was good. Breakfast was plentiful and hot. Would stay there again.

My wife and I had a lovely stay at Derwent House. This B&B is in a delightful location. The room is spacious and clean. There are tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary water. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. Your host is very friendly and gives you plenty of helpful information of the surrounding area. There is a nice pub no more than 200 metres along the road and a shingle beach and a lovely sea walk at the end of the road. Just so you are aware, there isn't a stand up shower but there is a hose on the bath.

We had a pleasant two night stay at Derwent House. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with plenty of storage space and good tea and coffee. The breakfast room was lovely and there was a fabulous sun room that we could use. The wifi was free but didn't work on the first night and afterwards was a bit iffy. The only real problem was the shower. This was attached to the bath taps and there was no shower door so it was difficult to shower without flooding the bathroom and it was almost impossible to get the temperature right. We ate once at the local pub which was fairly mediocre and once at So India a few miles away towards Bognor Regis which was very good.

The owners are lovely and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was clean and had good tea and coffee making facilities. We found the bed a little uncomfortable and I had to stand in tiptoe to use the sink as it was set in the vanity cabinet too far back which was strange. I didn't dislike it but in all honesty would not stay again

We stayed for one night and Jules and Jon are the perfect hosts. Room large and airy with good en-suite. Breakfast overlooking the garden was brilliant. Great location and great accommodation. Even had a tour of the garden before we left.

we were greeted on our arrival by our hosts. The room was very clean and big. The breakfast the next day was great and we did enjoy our 1 night stay. The only downside was that there was no seperate shower or even a shower curtain above the bath. Had there been then a 5 star rating would have been appropriate

Julia and John are such friendly hosts! Lovely, spotlessly clean room, nice cooked breakfast. They directed us to the local pub for our evening meal, and even provided a torch for our walk back in the dark. Would definitely return here again.

Next time I am down here this is the place for me.||||Free WiFi was also a great bonus.....||||The room was great - bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic and extremely generous, filled me up for the day ahead
