Great location to explore Arundel, WWT and Norfolk Estate on foot...and quite quiet after 10:30pm even though the pub is only 20 yds from front door:)
Plenty of grocery shops, restaurants, cafes... Chinese takeaway just around the corner and Larkins grocery a little further. Plenty of delivery options for groceries or restaurant food from Arundel or Littlehampton if you needed.
Wifi is fast 62mbs down and 16mbs upload...slowed sometimes in the evening...I guess when people were steaming, which is usual.

Apt is spacious for two and good for four...nicely decorated. Basic kitchen utensils with 4 slice toaster, electric kettle, good microwave, 4 ring induction hob and convection oven. Large French press.
Comfortable sofas.
Nice large dining table to easily seat 6 and possibly 8. Beds comfortable and hot electric shower.
Would stay here again!
