We are at this Travelodge nearly every other weekend after travelling from Cornwall to see our Son who is in School in Sussex. We CANNOT say enough GOOD THINGS about particularly DOLCE BEADSHAW who is the Manager at this Travelodge. She is INCREDIBLY KIND, she always remembers us all by name, she seems to always be working 😂 and always has a smile and cheerful word for everyone there. Any small problems (because the rooms are ALWAYS as you would wish them to be; clean, smelling nice etc) are dealt with super quickly and in fact Staff (and Dolce in particular) go out of their way to ensure that your experience with them is the best it can be. Extra fans, duvets or pillows are never a problem and are bought promptly. The rooms always look and smell lovely and we've never once (having stayed here roughly twice a month for the last four years!) had an issue necessitating a room change! I cannot stress how solicitous Dolce is and how VERY MUCH we appreciate her. After a journey ranging anywhere from FIVE to EIGHT hours in the car, her lovely, smiling face is one we very much look forward to! I sincerely hope that her hard work is recognised, she deserves it more than anyone I know!

We had such a great stay. Seth and Dulce were really helpful- I didn’t expect that level of customer service at a Travelodge but maybe I’m used to rude staff in London! The family room was a really decent size, and it was nice and quiet. |Great stay!

The staff are so helpful and welcoming nothing is too much trouble. As a female solo traveller I felt safe. Free and easy parking with a Little Waitrose, and a pub nearby you can walk to that sells delicious food. Friendly service from them too. There's a KFC and a Burger King next door but I didn't use those.

Our first time staying in a travelodge. |It was ok, the bed was comfy, the pillows weren't so good, really hard.|One of the beds hadn't been made up so I had to go and get bedding for it. |Then later we had to go and get more towels as there were only 2 despite the room being booked for 2 adults and 2 children. |The room looked clean when we first went in, but then later on, we found a sock on the floor from a previous occupier behind the bathroom door, so although the bathroom looked clean, it clearly hadn't been done properly.|The staff were all lovely and friendly and very helpful.|Plenty of Tea, coffee , sugar and milk at reception and you can take as much as you need.

I stayed there as it was closer to work, but overseeing the small carpark, it was more of a cheap motel. I stayed in another Travelodge, but this one has been forgotten by the management. It needs renovating, gap between the door and the door frame, few hairs on the pillow and in the bathtub. Found a big crawler on the wall... Never staying there.

Very serene environment, Dulce the manager was extremely kind and helpful towards me, I felt very comfortable,the rooms are spacious and the room temperature is just perfect for me. There is a filling station, kfc and Burger King right at the premises of the hotel. Great place to lodge.

I stay at the Travelodge Arundel Fontwell on a regular basis and just love it. I meet many other guests, who just like me are regulars too, most of them use the Shell Waitrose, the Burger King and the KFC. ||Dulce, Seth and all the crew, along with being helpful and friendly, also keep the place ship shape, clean, tidy, and comfy. ||They're also pet-friendly which is an added bonus in my view.

Lovely friendly hotel staff are fantastic very helpful and made sure me and kids had everything we needed there is also a lovely little park across the road from the petrol station on the new housing estate which was good to keep the kids entertained for a bit .
