Hard to find, lovely setting with lake views on the first floor. Modern bathroom and mainly well kept. A few issues need addressing, the bin in our ensuite had not been emptied, the mik in the fridge in the kitchen was 8 days out of date. There is no tv in bedroom 1, the tv in bedroom 2 is out of order, lovely house, nice surroundings shame about the attention to detail

Booked for a weekend away for our anniversary and we were slightly disappointed. You can not really see the lake unless you stand on a chair at the end of the balcony. The balcony is shared by the room next door so there would be no privacy if occupied. No TVs in the rooms. Looks as though work is still being done with the tv not being attached to living room wall and tubs of paint around. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t great with dust on the headboard and the en-suite tiles having dirty marks on them. The location of the house however is great for heading into Bath with easy access. The whole selling point of this location was the lake view which unfortunately does not exist.

Booked a room at this place for me and my partner at a fair price of £65 for the night.
We were very disappointed when we got to are room and saw that the TV in the room had a sign on it saying it was temporarily out of order. We wouldn't of booked the room if we had known this. We ended up going back home as we went going to sit staring at the wall alnight and we were also told we had to be very quiet. Are night away was ruined by this. There should of been a notice when we were booking it stating that the TV was out of order.
