I was delighted with my accommodation! Extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Very well equipped with lots of little thoughtful extras!|To have my own private entrance, my own private conservatory, overlooking my own little garden was a treat!|Hosts Sue and Andrew were very welcoming, friendly and approachable. I felt that had I needed anything, they would have been happy to try to help.|The rural location is very peaceful and relaxing. Local shops are easily reached by car. There is even a pub serving meals a five minute walk away!|All in all, a very enjoyable stay. Happy to recommend!|(NB the property is now self catering)

First let me be clear, it is no longer a bed and breakfast. Meals are not provided. There is a kitchen, very well equipped for making your own breakfast or any other meals. This accommodation was perfect for me as it was close to my relatives. I had stayed in the area several times, in hotels in other locations, but not in Yate itself. There are two self contained 'apartments', one for two people with twin beds and the other larger, offering accommodation for 4 people. Each have a nice bathroom, kitchen, sitting area and for when the weather cooperates, there is a small outside garden. Very clean and in a quiet location in Yate. Sue, the host is very welcoming, emailing me ahead of my stay to ask if there was anything I might need upon arrival, sending me her contact phone #. I most definitely will stay at the the Little Orchard Apartment again when visiting my family. So much nicer than a hotel (and they are not conveniently nearby), and much better value.

Wonderful place. Stayed here for 3 night and have a fantastic rest time after work. Apartment are very clean warm and so comfortable. Brilliant service provided from owners, very kind and wellcome people. Nice and beautiful garden where you can have a cup of tea after work shift. I stayed in hundreds apartments and b&b every year as im working everywhere across UK,
Little Orchard is for sure THE BEST place i ever had. Will definitely stay here again if will be near to. Thank you, Sue, for warm welcome and for really great service. 5/5 stars is too small, i give you 10/5.

We had an overnight stay here and had a lovely time. Sue and Andrew gave us wonderfully warm welcome. The room is amazing, full of everything you may need and lovely and warm. It is very convenient for Yate and the shops. The breakfast was superb. This is our second stay and will not be our last. Thoroughly recommend Little Orchard.

Sue and Andrew are the best hosts you cold want! The B and B has two units to choose from: a new free-standing, self- catering unit that will sleep four, and a studio apartment connected to the main house. This is where I stayed. The microwave, refrigerator and sink were handy, and the host supplied tea, coffee, and cocoa mixes, There were even cookies and candy to welcome you, The room was tastefully decorated, and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The bathroom was outfitted with luxurious towels and an assortment of soaps and lotions. Everything was immaculately clean. Breakfast was delicious. Bread made by Andrew and marmalade by Sue, with breakfast cooked as you sipped your coffee. The location is a flower filled oasis complete with chickens...yet within walking distance to the Yate Train Station, and even closer bus stop. It’s conveniently located between busy Bristol and Bath. I wish I could have stayed much longer than two nights!

An absolute delightful stay. This B&B is a little gem hidden away in a quiet and peaceful location. Worth a quick map check to ensure you find the entrance. The room was perfect and met all of our requirements. Breakfast was excellent and the proprietors were happy to cater for my partners gluten allergy. We will be back again without any concerns.

Really great experience there. The rooms are big, beds very comfy, the mini kitchen inside the room very useful. The private bathroom was a nice addition and everything was nicely decorated. Also Sue and Andrew are amazing hosts.
