Sorry to leave a bad review but I got a spray tan back in January before I went on holiday. It was very patchy and dark in places and did not last longer than a day. I went on holiday for 3 weeks and would usually expect a nice spray tan to last at least a week. Sadly It was patchy and losing colour within a day. I reached out over email but have not heard back after emailing again.

This is my second CBD spray tan here and once again I was super happy with the result! I’m always a bit nervous getting a spray tan as I’ve had horrors before but both times the therapist has been very professional and the tan itself is very natural - I’m blonde and naturally medium-fair skin and the medium tan was a lovely warm colour without being carroty orange. For me it’s lasted about 4 days in terms of being noticeable but after 6 days I can still see faint paper pant lines so it’s still there! The great thing is you can wash it off 4 hours after being sprayed. This is now my go-to place for tanning

Klaudia performed a crystal clear facial and i left feeling refreshed and ready for the weekend. Kavita pierced my nose and did a very quick, precise job. Very content with the outcome. Also got my lashes done and Preeti delivered a gorgeous classic set.

Booked an 11 o’clock slot with Preeti for a full set of classic lashes. Hair appointment at 12:30 literally a few minutes up the road so plenty of time for the hour appointment and to get from Bonjour Belle to my hair salon.
Arrived at 10:55, Preeti arrived 5 minutes late at 11:05, however I wasn’t too worried as this was still enough time for me to get lashes done and make it to my hair appointment.
She said she would just pop downstairs and get the room ready so I waited in reception. 11:10 still no sign of Preeti. She phoned upstairs to her colleague on the front desk who then also disappeared downstairs. Both of them gone a few minutes so I went downstairs and just explained that things were now running quite late and I was anxious about missing my next appointment. Still no Preeti to be seen but her colleague said ‘I will start your lashes and Preeti will finish them’. No explanation of where Preeti is or why she now suddenly can’t do my lashes. Not keen on the idea of having 2 different people working on my lashes and now really quite late I had to cancel the appointment. Poor time keeping and communication- had I not gone downstairs to ask, who knows how long I would have been left waiting!
