Booked the oak tree guest house very last minute so all that was available was 2 single beds. Called the day before to ask if beds could be pushed together as we were a couple, on arrival the owner had upgraded us to a double room whitch I was really happy about. Owner Jo so friendly and welcoming and recommended some cafes and restaurants to visit. Bedroom was clean and we got fresh towels daily. Breakfast in the room was included and we also were given some little snacks that were topped up. mini fridge, kettle and microwave In the room, would of loved a toaster that would of topped it off. Had an onsuit bathroom whitch was great only downfall was the shower was tiny couldn't move in it. Loved this little guest house I would stay again if I was in the area. Thank you so much.

The owner Jo was really helpful, friendly and welcoming. Had everything we needed in the room, even a microwave. I stayed here for 20days in a stretch and had an awsum time. Rooms are very clean and whole property is well maintained and well managed. There is ample parking space. This place is close to super markets and some of the leading pubs / restaurants in the town. I had airport facing room, so the view was perfect. I enjoyed the Farnborough Air show with first class view. Joanne-The Queen of the house is a gem of a person. She takes every thing personally.

This guest house is really lovely,||The room itself is a very fair size, and ours had an en suite with shower, toilet and sink.||The lady who owns/runs the guest house is so friendly, and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and enjoy your stay..||The facilities are perfect, thought we might be in for a loudish night being that the guest house was based so close to the road but we didn't hear a thing, and slept perfectly. The bed was really comfortable, and the best part was the fan on the bedside table, I love having one next to my bed at home so it was like having a home from home!!||The room also had a television, fridge, microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast box was lovely and had a variety of treats and loveliness and everything was very clean and well decorated and furnished. ||Highly recommended and will definitely go back if I need to stay in the area again.

I stay here 3-4 nights every week, always receiving a warm welcome. It’s homely and does the job for me as place to stay for work. Yes there’s no cooked breakfast but that’s not a bad thing for your health and simplicity of a breakfast basket works well for a swift departure. Local to the business district and airport and always a pleasant stay. Not really a place for a romantic weekend (farnborough generally, that is) but as a Home-from-home B&B I haven’t found a better blend of comfort, cleanliness, value for money and convenience.||||Much better than the travelogue etc in my humble opinion.

Joanne was the perfect host, we shared a triple room for a works event. The room had everything that we needed and the facilities were all there, Location was perfect and on-site parking an added bonus. There was no Parking available on arrival and was directed to a nearby public street! Was assigned Room No.7 and was told that downstairs rooms draw heat away from this room? Additional heater placed in room but as outside temp' was dropping to zero it was freezing in this room! No hot water from bathroom sink taps in the morning? Shower ran V Hot or Cold!? However, the place was clean and tidy and the Staff were pleasant. Moreover, it was reasonably priced. But please fix the hot water?
