We had a weekend escape with children. Rooms are very. Top marks at every aspect of hotel. Loved gym 🙂 the grounds and gardens beautiful. There is an Elemis spa that we used and were very happy with all treatments. Make sure you book restaurant and spa in advance as they are super popular and busy 👌|If you can use local coral reefs Water park for your children as an extra entertainment ||We definitely will come back and stay again.

I took a group of twelve women who are carers from the Brightstars Autistic Club in Hornsey, North London, to Frimley Hall Hotel & Spa today for a day at the Spa. The welcome by the reception team led by Katie and Annabel was warm and welcoming. They made us feel relaxed and looked after. Helping us fill forms, locker cards, etc. The treatments we had facial, massages and manicures were just heaven. The lunch was yummy and the surroundings and ambience was beautiful. A member of our group was fasting as it is Ramadan. She was given a quiet place to pray and her lunch was packed for her to enjoy when she breaks her fast later in the evening. A well equipped gym, relaxation room, sauna, steam room, pool and relaxing area, etc. As a group leader, I could not ask for more. ||Thank you to Lisa Williams and all her staff members who made our stay so enjoyable: reception at the Spa, the main hotel, the restaurant and even the lovely gentlemen in charge of the towels and robes - everyone was professional and yet so kind to us.||We will definitely visit Frimley Hall again and highly recommend it.||Suezanne

The hotel staff are really friendly and polite. You receive a warm welcome upon arrival and the can wait in the bar and lounge if you arrive early. Both the evening meal and breakfast were enjoyable and the spa is literally across the road from the hotel. The room was very spacious and very well kept. No complaints over cleanliness at all. The only thing in my opinion that could be improved would be the menu choice as it's fairly limited (although you can't complain about the food you receive!) and the pillows in the bedroom as they were very soft and had to be folded in order to get comfortable.

our stay was nice, calm, enjoyable and staff was friendly. i had a massage done by Alice which absolutely amazing and so relaxing. she was lovely and her hands magical.

the breakfast was nice although if it hadn’t been included in the price of the night £18 would have been excessive.

the pool and spa facilities left much to be desired as the steam room wasn’t working during our stay.

we also found it weird that no robes were provided in the rooms.

overall a good stay.

Lovely hotel, with good spa facilities and excellent breakfast.|All the staff were friendly, professional and attentive, especially Bozena and her breakfast team. I've stayed in 100's of hotels over the years and breakfast here was the best organised I've ever seen. Bozena and her team were welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive. Excellent - thank you! Afternoon tea in the lounge was so relaxing and again all the staff were attentive, friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel.

Wow ! What a fabulous place. Ticked every box for us and we have a bedcand breakfast ourselves.. brought our dog and could not have wanted more. Beautiful hotel lots of nice touches great shower fresh milk available very very impressed. We were looked after at breakfast by the amazing Bozena ....sat in lounge with Fred had our table laid instantly....she really is 5 star ....a fantastic asset and made our stay so enjoyable....can't understand other reviews ... loved it and will be back.|Thank you all.

Had a pleasant overnight spa break. It was fine, though glad we didn't book 2 nights due to limited spa facilities. However, be aware children use the pool between 4 - 6pm. This is mentioned in their opening hours now I've re looked at the website but isn't exactly highlighted when booking. We couldn't use the pool really as it was full of kids dive bombing and wasn't relaxing which somewhat ruined our spa time as you check in at 3pm. Staff are all very friendly ,the treatments were pleasant and food was pretty good.

I went in on Monday 17th of March and was seated by a lovely worker called Lewis. He was very polite and considerate throughout the entire experience. ||I ordered the Belly of Pork and asked for extra apple sauce which came out with the meal. The Pork was excellent and the fat was pristine. ||For dessert I ordered the Sticky Toffee Pudding which didn't take long at all to come out so I am very pleased with that.||At the end I had a nice conversation with Lewis and complimented him on how good his service was.||I will definitely be coming again due to the amazing food and incredible service provided by Lewis
