We recently held our very first Global Company Meet at The Elvetham, and it was absolutely incredible – everything went perfectly. Cami from the events team was fantastic, providing quick communication and being extremely accommodating. They made sure that anything we needed was possible! We had attendees from many different cultures, and Cami and the team listened to all our needs, accommodating everything without hesitation. Even last-minute requests and time changes were handled with ease, including a special afternoon refreshment for our 'Pancake Day'! The entire company had a great time at the hotel, with many compliments about the food and service. The highlight of the event was our party night – everything ran seamlessly, and the support we received was unmatched!

Just returned from a stay here for 2 nights and this hotel was stunning from the moment you entered through those white gates. Lovely grounds and the staff were extremely friendly with great breakfast in the very picturesque dining room. While here these guys helped me get around with a local taxi firm “Nearest Taxis” again what a lovely bunch of guys who I met over the 3 days who took be back and forward to Farnborough Exhibition Centre. All in all a great experience

We had a most wonderful Sunday lunch at The Elvetham yesterday to round off my 60th birthday celebrations. We were greeted with a smile escorted to our table where I was wished a happy birthday . The food as always was amazing , the portion size was very generous but sadly beat me , all incredibly delicious though , especially the cauliflower cheese mmmmm!!! We then took our champagne and wine through to the bar and spent the rest of the afternoon and evening relaxing in very beautiful surroundings. Cannot recommend this place enough Barry Tehrani as always is the host with the most and our waitress , oh dear not sure I remember her name , was it Eve ? She was a darling so pleasant and polite but never intrusive. We have become addicted to this place and can’t wait to return

Stayed for two nights for a family wedding and the whole experience was excellent. ||||Staff were attentive and accomodating, the hotel was clean and very well presented and the beds were nice and firm and comfortable. ||||The wedding was stunning and the staff made sure every detail was accounted for and ensured the guests knew what to do, it ran smoothly and was a lovely experience. ||||I am coeliac so required gluten free food. There were plenty of options for me and I had food cooked fresh and plated up for me when needed to avoid cross contamination.

Stayed in the stables, 3 nights. People upstairs woke me every day as no sound proofing, plus fire alarm at 6.50am on second morning woke me too. No explanation or apology given. Used the bar first night, no burgers, no pepperoni or hot pizza which pretty much left a panini. 40 minutes for a panini to arrive seemed excessive? 3 staff chatting, old napkin and knife on table but not cleaned up until I finished my panini. I add I was the only person in the bar. Girl behind bar never stopped sniffing. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Elvetham is a beautiful building and has excellent grounds but the hotel is anything but 4 star it’s incredibly poor which is sad due to location. Won’t be staying here again, thinks it’s an upmarket hotel which it definitely is not.

I joined the Spring Garden Workshop today with the Head Gardener, Graham, and a group of other like minded interested parties. We had a very interesting and informative talk on the history of the Elvetham Estate and useful tips and advice on propagation and planting for the start of Spring. |We were served coffee and lovely homemade cookies and were given a plant to take away, a tropical canna!|We all so enjoyed the workshop and suggested that this be repeated throughout the Seasons…thank you!

Absolutely fabulous place, steeped in history, beautiful hotel, our room was great with lovely views of the garden which was also beautifully maintained. Food and drink all excellent. The interior as was the exterior of the hotel is amazing. The staff were very friendly and professional. Will definitely stay here again . We loved it!

Where to start!
From the beautiful old building steeped in history everywhere you look, to the really well equipped unique rooms, to the amazing grounds it is set in, the amazing helpful staff and service for the entire time to the amenities, food and drink, there are no superlatives that are too much to describe how amazing the Elvathem is. . .
The house itself is so so beautiful, the main stairwell and bar are stupendous but everywhere is breath taking. The conservatory where you sit for breakfast with views over just a small part of the formal gardens is just amazing.
It's so wonderful to know we stayed where Henry Viii had visited several times as it was at that time the home of Jane Seymour's family and Queen Elizabeth the 1st had also stayed.
To walk around where they had been just adds another element to a truly wonderful place to stay!
