Staff always friendly. All staff are very helpful. Nothing too much trouble for them. Breakfast was always well present and help me at any time. Room is very clean and tidy. Always comfortable bed. Customer service second to non. Could not be better.

Lovely rooms! Parking at the train station next door is affordable. 4 min walk to Weatherspoons and other pubs. What a great location this Travelodge is. The staff member that helped me with check-in was very welcoming. He took the time to explain the parking options and then explained where restaurants and bars were.

Although the hotel provides dog friendly rooms but they are not allowed in the cafe/bar which rather defeats the object of choosing this hotel. Reception did not suggest any alternative options. Otherwise hotel was perfectly acceptable.

The hotel is right in the middle of Camberley centre so very convenient for shops, restaurant's and bars. Also not far from the train station. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only small issue is the car park is very small. But there is multi storey parking across the road.

It’s not the best. The hotel is quite nice and clean but does small of dog urine and make sure you have your confirmation number when you check in because the guy won’t let you in unless you have it. First time ever been asked for it. ||If you are placed at the side or near the main door then it’s a big mistake and ask to be moved . The noise is a nightmare - had to speak to the staff to keep the noice down and they did nothing and the noise continued. It was a nightmare. The hotel was full of dogs that just barked. Honestly - it was a nightmare. ||They let dogs in any room that clearly pee all over. The corridor was smelling like dog pee - it was filthy. Plus the local druggies congregate near the entrance and bring their animals with them and just hang out. It was just filthy. They smoke anything and everything and play in the car park so be careful if you leave your car - my mum went to the car one evening and really felt intimidated - she wouldn’t go back down without someone with her. I really would make sure you really want to stay here. There is a Premierinn near and if looks so much nicer

Kindness, friendliness of staff who give you your time and space but also are there if you need them. I had a wonderful peacefull room with a lovely view and the whole week experience was so relaxing and special. Considering I was alone over the New Year period I never felt it once.

Arrived at hotel to be told we couldn't have our rooms due to flooding. After being told they would try and relocate us to another hotel some 50mins later we were given rooms at the same hotel. Bar was open but the ceiling had collapsed and water was all over the floor. Parking was terrible. Reception were struggling with the telephone admin team and just shocking service.
