Every once in a while the stars align and things just fall into place and this was one of those times. This fantastic guest house is in a league of its own when it comes to looking after guests. Right from the start we were very warmly welcomed by our host, Nigel, and made to feel like family. Our room was very spacious and clean with en-suite and all the other things you would expect to have such as tea making facilities, tv, wifi and more besides. We opted for the breakfast option and boy was it a great choice. The choices on offer were fantastic ranging from yoghurts and cereals to full English and lots in between. Would we go and stay again? Yes we would only next time we would stay longer.

Booked 2 rooms here as we were down from Yorkshire visiting family and taking in a concert in Basingstoke. Met on arrival by Nigel you took us to the rooms explaining everything as we settled in. Rooms were quiet, comfortable and well equipped including tea/coffee etc. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Nigel.

We have stayed here twice so far when visiting family in Fleet, on a room only basis, and expect to return regularly. The rooms are great, clean, comfortable and with everything you would wish for. We hope to be able to sample Nigel's breakfasts one of these days, but it is very convenient having the option of with or without. Close to the Wyvern pub for evening meals. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Nigel's welcome was friendly and very helpful and our room was spotless and thoughtfully arranged . A generous courtesy tray, bottled water, crisp white bedlinen a decent bed and decent pillows made this sensibly priced B&B a winner for our brief stay. There was even a well-stocked bookcase. ||A couple of minutes walk away, The Wyvern offered a more than adequate food offering so all-in-all this was an excellent choice although we were sorry we hadn't time to stay for breakfast! Many thanks.

Room very comfortable & slept like logs. Very friendly welcome.|Would benefit from a low lip walk-in shower rather than a step-over the edge of the bath + a handle on the wall for the disabled.|The room shown is Room 3 which is where we strayed.

We stayed in this lovely B&B as we were attending a family meal for our daughter's birthday in a local restaurant. The welcome was warm and we were delighted at the accommodation, a very roomy bedroom with shower and bath. All immaculately clean, and everything you could need. Breakfast was good and Nigel was the perfect host. Thank you for a lovely stay, we appreciated the attention to detail and sheer hard work that has made this B&B one we want to remember for all the best reasons!

Lovely accommodation with friendly hosts! The room was clean and comfortable, I only stayed one night but had a great sleep. They catered to my dietary requirements at breakfast by buying in specialty foods that they don’t usually serve even though I was the only vegan. Perfect stay!

Stayed for one night. Nigel the host was very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet and my room - a double with ensuite and lovely garden view - was extremely clean and comfy. Breakfast was fantastic! The only thing I would say is that there is no sound insulation between downstairs and upstairs, and I could clearly hear the conversation of the person in the room above me and there was a lot of noise when they moved around (I think I was in room 3).||But I would still definitely recommend.
