We booked the Sadlers Guest House to enable us to go to Royal Ascot for the day. Excellently placed to catch the train from Winnersh station direct to Royal Ascot - we were there in 15 minutes. ||The guest house itself was welcoming, inviting, exceptionally clean and perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order.||Our host was friendly, helpful and gave a top tip for a pub within walking distance of the B&B (The Walter Arms). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend the accomodation to anyone.

I have never worked/visited Reading before, so when I needed to do a course there I was anxious to find somewhere good to stay. Luckily I was recommended Sadlers guest house. When I arrived I was met by Nancy, who was really welcoming, and showed me my room which was well equipped, and had a coffee machine (and some biscuits 😋), and various other goodies. The room was lovely and warm and ready for me. Nancy was happy to warm my dinner up in the microwave (avoiding pubs/bars due to England v Wales) this meant I could also study in my room in the evening-which was really helpful. There was lots to choose from for breakfast, and I went to my course fed and watered (which made for a very good start). Would 100% recommend Nancy and family B&B.

My husband and I stayed here for one night before heading to Wales to visit family. We chose Sadlers because it was only a half hours drive from Heathrow and the TA reviews were great.|We were greeted warmly by Nancy upon arrival and were happy to see that our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and quiet. The bathroom was huge, with a tub and shower and the towels were big and fluffy.|Having a full, English breakfast is something we always look forward to on our first day in an England and we weren’t disappointed, it was excellent. French press coffee, warm toast, jam, marmalade-and of course, the full egg, bacon, sausage, tomatoes, etc. |Parking was easy and safe and the proximity of the guest house to the motorway was perfect for us, we hope to return to Sadlers on our next trip to the UK.

Absolutely perfect stay at Sadlers! Communication was great and made easy from the moment I contacted Nancy, she gave clear instructions for easy access, lovely room and spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a 1 night stay. We were at a friend's party locally, and massively appreciated such a comfy bed to fall in to and a much needed wonderful breakfast with fresh coffee to revive/rescue us the next morning! A very clean and tidy B&B, pillows and bed very comfy and the breakfast (full English) was great. Stayed so that we could get to Ascot Races so location good. The owner was very friendly and helpful, will defiantly stay again.

A very nice guesthouse located in the boundaries of Wokingham, opposite to a M&S simple food store (24 hours open).||Nancy, the hostess is a lovely lady that takes sincere care of her guests.||The rooms are well maintained, very clean, the beds are very good and they have all the required facilities for such a guesthouse. ||The breakfast is perfect, with continental and british options. ||Private parking is available for the guests.||Definetely this is a guesthouse that we shall use again when in the area.

Nancy was a great host - very welcoming and helpful. Nice, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. We came on bikes and she accommodated for them as well. Would definitely stay there again if travelling through the area.

Our stay was great! The house is very clean and the owners were very accommodating and communicated well.
The rooms are fitted with everything you could need (coffee machine, tv ect).
Owners were accommodating with requests and breakfasts times.
Highly recommend this place!
