I have been going to Tracey for a couple of years now. i always look forward to my Facials.
Tracey is very welcoming, lovely to talk to and she always makes me feel extra special.
She has a heart of gold, and i find it so easy to talk with her, it is almost like having a therapy session , she is a great listener and she also has a lovely calming manner, which always calms me down, i go in stressed and come out feeling wonderful.

Tracy is a brilliant beauty therapist. Professional, friendly, kind, thorough and just generally lovely. I have regular Indian head, neck & shoulder massage and they really help keep this area loose. Tracy has a firm massage style which I like and really gets into any knots or tight areas. However, she always asks if the strength is comfortable and will adjust pressure if necessary. We have a lovely chat along the way but you can opt for a quiet session if you prefer.

Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, always feel in very safe hands! I have been seeing Tracy for years and have also recently begun some facial treatments in preparation for my wedding. I've been seeing Tracy for a few years now for several services and every treatment is brilliant. I've recently been feeling very stressed and Tracy recommended the 1hour and a half facial. It was wonderful. A full sensory experience that included massage, meditation, LED light therapy, Chakra cleansing and lovely products. It really gave me the chance to relax and I could feel all the tension washing away every minute. I would highly recommend for anyone who needs some TLC from a very warm and welcoming lady.
