We went for 4 nights during mid term break with our 5 year old son. It is by far his favorite hotel and the best hotel we have stayed with for children in England. He loved kids club, pony grooming, the enormous breakfast buffet and the swimming pool. The swimming pool with a water park separated from the adult area is terrific. Staff were great for kids and he loved going after stamps in his passport. The private fire works display was amazing. ||The only room for improvement would be dinner in the wild carrot and picking up towels in swim area. My pasta and my sons pizza were great in the evening but my husbands lamb portion was tiny and the carrots the size of his thumb nail. It was very much a case of big food on a small plate which was disappointing for him as he loves lamb. A cut of lamb would be more appropriate. Guests abandon wet towels in the kids swimming area which is a pain as it leaves no seats for parents watching. Picking them up more regularly or leaving a big bin for lazy parents would help with a sign that says do not abandon towels please think of other guests. ||We will be back for sure.

This is a great hotel with very good service. Have used this hotel for drinks and dinner. Then entertained clients for business lunches. The food is of a very high standard and have always enjoyed the food. The safe are friendly and know how to manage your table. ||The reception rooms are grand and well maintained. We have not tried the spa but it looks well provided for. There is good parking and is a short drive from the M3.

I am a firm believer that love and respect should begin with the people around you, so after watching the superb team work and communication between all staff members, it comes as no surprise to me that the quality of service and attention to detail, towards guests, is second to none. ||There are not many places that we've visited that feel like home. The appetizing food, cosy room, and immaculate grounds is 10/10.||Most pet friendly hotels are mediocre at best when it comes to the cleanliness of the room and bedding they provide. At the Four Seasons, the room was clean, spacious, and luxurious.||Thank you for allowing us to create wonderful memories here at the Four Seasons, Hampshire.

The property, about 45 minutesā drive from Heathrow, is well established as a premium country resort hotel. ||Whilst it is classic Four Seasons children friendly, it has, in recent years, endeavoured to ensure that couples can also appreciate the property by having an adult friendly mindset as well. ||Rooms||The rooms have been refurbished over the years with a countryside friendly, pastel, rich colour tones, blended with the original lighter Four Seasons colours.||The marble bathrooms remain in their original format, but well maintained with standalone showers. ||USB Technology exists to cover most mainstream needs with a robust wi-fi.||All rooms have Nespresso coffee machines, and the more modern US versions in the suites. ||Rooms throughout the property in the main and side wings, most having good views of the countryside or inner courtyard. ||The management try hard to ensure that the families are located in one particular segment of the property so that other rooms are quieter for couples. ||Facilities||As a resort property, there are extensive facilities, which are highlighted on the website. ||A positive improvement is the creation, a few years ago, of a separate childrenās pool area, which allows for the main pool being accessible for adults.||The Spa is quite extensive, but now in need of a little renovation and upgrading. That being said, the treatments are superb and the team experienced.||Restaurants||There is an array of restaurants catering for different tastes and, at busy times, for the family. The main restaurant quality of food has improved materially and is of a very high standard for a resort hotel. ||Breakfast is a buffet with an extensive array of choices, but it is worth arriving early if you wish to have a relaxed experience.||At peak times, they also use the smaller Spa restaurant (SantĆ©) for breakfast to allow a calmer experience. ||Service||Our stay coincided with a slightly quiet period, albeit that the team explained that the property is usually quite full at weekends with families; and one tip, if you are able to visit during the week, there is a higher chance that the property will be quieter and slightly less frenetic at peak times.||The service itself was superb, every team member having the Four Seasons touch and attention to detail. No request was too small and it was absolutely clear that the Four Seasons training and professionalism was lived and breathed throughout the hotel.||We have already booked our return visit.||This is a property for those people who live in and around the area, where you could travel throughout the year and enjoy the countryside, but also the hotelās facilities. ||The activities available to guests are extensive before you even consider getting in to a car and travelling to many of the local attractions.||Well done the Four Seasons, Hampshire ā we look forward to returning.

Loved our stay here, despite a few minor inconveniences we actually enjoyed it a lot and would stay again. Staff are personable, friendly and make you feel more than just a guest. Everything is exceptionally clean and well-run. Nothing is too much trouble for them to do and they will do anything to make sure you are enjoying your stay. The food, whilst expensive, is pretty good. I would recommend the buffet breakfast rather than a la carte if you like full English style breakfasts as we found it was warmer when we got it ourselves strangely enough. On one occasion part of a breakfast order was forgotten and therefore significantly later than the rest, staff knew this and apologised and rectified it as quickly as they could but the breakfast wasnāt hot to begin with so it was a bit of a disappointment considering it was Ā£40 for the privilege. The buffet was replenished as soon as anything was taken from it and it was of excellent quality. The orange juice is freshly squeezed which is such a rarity in establishments these days. |Rooms were beautiful and super clean, storage plentiful and I loved the added touches for our two young children (madeleines and juice on arrival, childrenās robes and slippers). The sofa bed was just perfect for them, low to the ground and no mechanical arms at the sides to hurt themselves on. My husband and I personally found the duvet very heavy and I had to call down for firmer pillows but it wasnāt an issue, the bed itself was super comfortable. The shower was powerful although the head couldnāt be adjusted and our only issue was that our sink plug was faulty and permanently in the closed position so drainage was slow. We didnāt highlight this to them during our stay to be fair as we didnāt want maintenance staff in our room, but I would have thought a cleaner would have noticed and mentioned it to management at least? |I used the spa for a massage and facial, the massage was excellent but the facial was sublime and well worth the money (I had a therapist called Muna and would only have her again if she was there, she was excellent). |I didnāt get to use the adult pool unfortunately but the childrenās pool/splash pad was excellent and my two daughters absolutely loved it. |The hotel has valet parking and we never had an issue with it, itās really well run, I personally do not like valet parking and so think Iād prefer to have the option to not use it if possible?

We had a very nice stay here. The house cleaning team was superb, and the front desk staff were so pleasant. We were fortunate to have had the most beautiful weather during our visit as well.

3rd time back. Hotel facilities and services are fantastic. Food was well taken care off||Only issue was gym. They have now started to give monthly membership to non residents who flood the gym impacting the luxury experience expected from this price range. Management should note to not be penny wise and pound foolish or will lose regular guests

We had an amazing stay at the Hampshire Four Seasons, truly luxurious and comfortable. It perfectly captured the charm of the English countryside, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere.
The room was spacious and elegantly designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay and more. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail made it feel special.
The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was fresh and delicious, with local ingredients that added to the authentic experience.
Overall, a perfect countryside escape!
