We needed a cheap place to stay as we were down for the BMW Pro Am, just as expected for the price the room was clean and basic however did have plenty of snacks such as biscuits, yogurts, fresh milk and cereals. The twin room had comfy beds and the shower was excellent. Check in was nice and easy, after the lady took payment and showed us the room we did not see her again which is never a bad thing. The walk into town was 5 minutes away and even though we were directly under the flight path of the airport the room was quiet.||||Overall you pay for what you get, clean, tidy, comfy and a tv the size of a smart phone but really happy. Value for money!!

I didn't stay but collected a friend who said it was nice and comfy.
There are quite a range of practical items available in rooms, which would make it ideal for longer stays. Better value than some other bigger name facilities.
Just a few minutes drive from the town. The car park though is tiny so plan either to reverse in or park on the street.

When we arrived at Annie's Guesthouse we didn't feel very welcome. The receptionist showed us the rooms, took the payment and gave us a recommendation for dinner. That was it.||||The rooms were spacious and clean. In room no. 1 the bathroom was very small. The radiator inside was rusty and I didn't want that my towel touched it.||||We got only one big towel each. Ok, the lady on check-in told us that we should ask if we need something. But I was surprised that they offer one towel per person only...||||There was no breakfast room. So we had to prepare our breakfast ourselves and had it on our rooms without an acceptably table. The tea was low quality, cereals and yoghurt were o.k.||||The price of 65 GBP for a single person in a twin-bedded room for what we got was definately not justified. So we were really disappointed and wouldn't recommend this B&B to anyone.

We had 20 nights at Annie’s Guesthouse, it was kept very clean and tidy, very friendly hosts who couldn’t do enough for us, it was a very pleasant stay, Fast free internet was brilliant. It is at the end of Farnborough private airport and we watched planes taking of and landing throughout the day, Airport was closed at night. We really enjoyed our stay there. Free parking also a bonus.

The host is very kind and the room has enough size. But no air conditionor, just one fan in the room. Also, amenity is not enough to stay and bed is uncomfortable.

Breakfast : Continental really ? Ridiculous |Bed: Old and uncomfortable. Dirty.|Noise: Very noisy. We heard all the others guests and the road. Just in front of the airport. Just crazy |Service : None !!! Zero ! I’m still waiting for the answer of my only one request (get fruit juice as expected and mentioned on the guesthouse’s website )

Due to relocation with work needed accommodation so choose - Annie’s Guest House||There website photos must of been of better days.||Room are clean and tidy - but cold very basic and the shower isn’t great bit hit and miss for warm water.||My stay was 2 months - that was pretty expensive £1400 for the month didn’t get much for your money - just a chest infection possible lack of heating.||Breakfast - was mini packs of cereal cheap milk and bargain basement orange canteens||I had to leave due to being ill so called the guest house spoke to the owner the day after who said they would deduct a day which was fine as lost a Day. ||Lack of empathy to there guests, I had paid 2 weeks inadvanced after a few days got a call they were refunding a week and use the rest on my return.||23rd December called today they are keeping the rest of the week as 3 day cancellations policy which is contradiction from one day to 3 days from the owner.||Will not use again there are better quality places to stay for the money in the area which ||£55 + £65 you can get better in the area on air bnb.

Room Could do with a lick of paint.bed not comfey heard and felt springs on movement.matresses should really be replaced.staff friendly and obliging.very quiet and warm guest house even though situated on main road..
