This was the most relaxed day ever. We were welcomed from the first moment and the check in was easy and quick. They gave us towels and robes and lead us to the changing rooms.(remember to bring your own flip flops)
We started with a coffee and took some time near the pool. We really enjoyed every room specially the salt water one. The whole place was so tranquil. We been to the sauna as well and then had our dinner. I must say the food quality was amazing considering we were in a spa. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely will be back again.

I've just had the absolute best day here, a really special, beautiful place. So many rooms, pools, experiences. All of the staff were really lovely and helpful and there were a lot of them, so if you needed anything there was always someone on hand. I had the day experience which was great value for what it included and you had the option to be there all day and evening plus 2 course lovely lunch and unlimited hot and cold soft drinks. You can change towel and robes at any point which was fab. I have nothing negative to say at all, everything was spot on. Every space was clean and well maintained. Every pool, room and experience was just wonderful, I've never felt so relaxed, blissed out and comfortable. I will be back as often as I can! Superb place, highly recommended 👌

My favourite spa in the south. Always a calm, relaxing and enjoyable place to be. If I'm there all day I take 2 swimsuits, towel and robe and hire an extra towel and robe because I don't like to sit and eat in a wet costume. The salad bar is great and there are several places offering cake and drinks. Plenty of rooms to try with lots of loungers, though if it is very sunny it can be very busy outside. Prices are reasonable and the menus are on line. Had fun with the rasul mud treatment but found the floatation tank boring. Great number of treatments available and it is best to book as soon as you book your date as the popular go fast. Enjoyed the product workshops. The staff are lovely and friendly.

Absolutely love nirvana spa! Been 5 times now and by far the best spa day. Staff are always lovely and helpful, facilities are amazing and clean, food especially the buffet lunch is delicious. Would recommend to anyone!

Me and my girlfriend came here for the day spa experience, it was absolutely incredible. They offer a great variety of pools that all do different things to help your body, whether it’s to massage it aid aches and pains. The highlight for us was the mosaic tile chairs as they really sooth your back. I also had a couple of treatments done by Lauren which were amazing and really helped me relax. This first visit will definitely not be our last

We didn’t order any food but we had a couple of drinks which were great.

Got this as a gift for 2 people. Reports of a very good experience. Paid £240 for a 2 person spa experience. Including one treatment. Very good experience soft drinks and hot were unlimited and included within the package. Would visit again. Friendly staff. Soft robe and towels, again unlimited. Clean facilities and calm atmosphere. Food was great with guests getting 2 starters and 2 mains in the package. They Walked away full and satisfied. Food has halal, vegetarian and vegan options available on request.

Total heaven! Took the Mrs for a time out spa afternoon and she loved it. 3 hours just isn't enough if you want to relax which is kinda the point. I'd say 6 hours is a good amount of time to explore and indulge so just save yourself the time and book the day. Solved. We will be back for sure.
