Basic stay at the farm. When you hike the SWCP this is the last spot with shower and toilet before you cross the river Erme. It is a three hour walk from the farm. If you don’t walk it is a perfect spot to have a basic Holliday on the farm. There are pods to hire (sleeps 2 to 3 people) or pith your small tent. And Phill is a great host.

We had two wonderful nights at Worswell Barton Farm B&B as we are walking the SWCP. From the first contact Jackie was very welcoming, offering exceptional local knowledge to our walk planning. She booked our evening meals in the local pub and volunteered her husband to being us back. Bedrooms were warm and comfortable- showers hot and powerful. Breakfast was superb - plenty of choice - and large enough to allow us to walk all day without beef or anything extra. Can’t fault anything about the stay at all

Four of us spent a comfortable two nights at this wonderful National Trust owned farm whilst walking this stage of the South West coast path. Farmer Phil and the enthusiastic Jackie were great hosts and provided great breakfasts with good quality ingredients - loved the bacon! They kindly offered lifts in their car for a modest fee to help us overcome start and finish issues for our walks. One mile downhill walk to The Ship pub for great food and real ale in the evening.

What with Covid-19 and other interruptions, my walk along the Plymouth to Exmouth part of the South West Coast Path was delayed for about two years. At least with this B&B, it was well worth the wait! Friendly, efficient, comfortable and in a beautiful, quiet location it has everything for a great stay - even overnight, as in my case. As you might expect - but don't always find elsewhere - this rural gem offers a varied and flavourful breakfast. It's only about 20 minutes walk from Noss Mayo and several pubs, at least one of which (The Ship Inn) serves evening meals. Highly recommended!

I'm a bit late to the party on this review business. I loved my stay here. I felt so welcome and at home. As a solo traveller it can be tricky to find you're way about a new place but I was given some brilliant tips including how to get down to some wonderful beaches which I would otherwise have missed completely. The breakfasts were tasty and the occasional lift back from the pub greatly appreciated.||I'll definitely be coming back! Thank you for making my holiday wonderful.||||(View from my room at Worswell, view from coastal path on the edge of the farm, view on the beach)

Spacious, simple and homely. Jackie and Farmer Phil offer a wonderfully remote farmers cottage that is a mile's walk from the pubs of Noss Mayo and just a 10 minute walk from the coast path that runs along the south coast. We spent just four days here and we could have spent a fortnight - it was delightful.

Fantastic location with a beautiful view. Jackie,
and her husband couldn't have been more kind, accommodating and friendly. I had a very tasty breakfast the following morning too.
Easy access to Noss mayo by a short walk across the fields. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely return in the future
