The cottage was full of character, spacious, comfortable and warm. It was clean and tastefully furnished and there were ethical products in the kitchen and bathroom. Cathy is a warm and welcoming host and provided us with warm home made scones accompanied by jam and and a pot of extra thick Cornish cream. The area is beautiful and only a short drive to the Erme Estuary, and area of outstanding natural beauty.

What a super holiday cottage. We stayed here with friends (4 of us) while we were walking part of the South West Coast Path. Certainly one of the best cottages we have stayed in during the years we have been doing this long-distance trek. Cathy was so friendly and helpful. The cottage is very well furnished and kitted out with everything we needed. Add in Cathy's extra touches like flowers on the window sill, warm scones with the devon cream tea on the day we arrived and fresh eggs and it was just delightful. We particularly loved meeting Clover, the new labrador puppy and Maisie her long-suffering elderly border collie "sister". We would recommend the cottage to anyone.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family. Cathy was very welcoming, the fresh out of the oven scones were so good. Excellent accommodation for a tranquil getaway from the city. Very serene with beautiful landscape and scenery. Noise free for 3 days, just trees, grass and sky for your company. The cottage was superb, very clean and cosy, equipped with almost everything you need.
Highly recommended for a quiet peaceful getaway.

Went there to stay over Easter half term and what a wonderful stay that was. Very relaxing, very close to the beach. Kids loved the animals, particularly the lambs that were so cute and super friendly dog Maisy. The host Cathy made us all feel very welcome and we were allowed to explore the farm at anytime. Cottages were super cosy and clean. We hope we can visit it again soon!

We had a lovely stay at Oldaport Cottages for a few days over Christmas so we could visit family safely during this strange time. We stayed in Orchard cottage with our two dogs. The cottage was wonderful, quaint with character, it had everything we needed and more. The whole place inside and out was very clean and tidy, the bed was comfy, shower was very good, fully equipped kitchen and even Christmas decorations! Cathy was really helpful and responded really quickly with any queries. Little touches like homemade scones, a Christmas card and present of a calendar of the farm were lovely I would highly recommend Oldaport Cottages, we have stayed in quite a few over in the country and Orchard cottage was definitely the best!

The cottages are very clean and cosy. There are checklists to show what COVID-safe procedures have taken place before our arrival which is very reassuring at this time. The setting is so lovely that there is no need to travel to places where crowds may be. Watching the sky at night, without the light pollution we are used to at home, is a real treat and the clean air here is so refreshing. We love coming back each year. Cathy, the host, is very friendly and helpful and welcoming.
