I had my first ever facial reflexology treatment with Kerry today. The treatment room was calm and welcoming. Kerry is extremely professional and friendly. For someone who really struggles to relax, I was able to forget the world and completely drift away. My skin is looking/feeling glowy and lifted and I’m very much looking forward to rebooking soon!

I have been going to Kerry for reflexology treatments for several years now. Each session takes place in a calm and peaceful environment where one can really relax. I have also had ear candling before undertaking long-haul flights.
Kerry is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I have bought vouchers for treatments for family and friends so that they too can sample the Fourward Health experience.
I highly recommend Kerry.

I've had 2 massage treatments provided by Kerry to date. Both were very relaxing and soothing. I loved every minute spent on the table and I couldn't recommend her more. Very professional, great variety of massage techniques and, what's the most important, she managed to get rid off my shoulder pain. I will book again for sure!

I cannot speak too highly of Kerry's expertise and her studio is a haven of peace and tranquility - a soothing balm in these troubled times.
For several years I have enjoyed a regular full body massage and continue to marvel at the relaxed feeling of wellbeing at the end of every session. Take my advice; treat yourself and share the pleasure.
