Had a great couple of nights stay at the Grosvenor. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean and spacious and the location is hard to beat. Good breakfast and parking available behind the hotel. 10/10 would stay again

What a lovely place. It was old yet modern, rooms were very clean. We had a family room which had a separate-ish room that our children slept in, along with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room. The freshly cooked breakfasts were exceptional, and you can choose what you want. It was a stone's throw from the Hoe and 15 minutes walk along the Hoe to the National Aquarium, which was the reason we visited. The staff were very friendly, the beds were comfortable and it has a licensed bar open until 9pm with a quiet and comfortable drinking area. It was 20 mins walk from the station, I would highly recommend it.

Lovely friendly staff. Happy atmosphere. 👍 breakfast included in room rate. Very attractive decor in public areas. Bathrooms need a bit of an update but accommodation is spotlessly clean & very comfortable bed. Bedside lighting hopeless if you like to read in bed. Would thoroughly recommend it as great value for price.

Really great service and value! This hotel is in a great location that is in walking distance to both the waterfront and the Barbican areas. The rooms were clean and spacious (we booked the superior king room - I would highly recommend this for the value!). John at the front desk was welcoming and helpful.

If you’re looking for a great base for your stay in Plymouth this is a great option.

Five of us stayed here at the end of our South West Coast path walk. The hotel is well located and we were warmly welcomed. ||Our double room was on the small side with a high ceiling but felt cramped. The bed was also small and not a full size double. The pillows on the bed were terrible, small and with not much bulk but there were spares in the wardrobe. ||Breakfast was ok, fairly basic. We would have had a drink in the bar but it was shut when we got back at about 10pm.

First visit to Plymouth visiting the University with our daughter. Our stay at The Grosvenor was perfect. Great room and service and lovely breakfast in the morning. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and a great location too. Would always try to re book when we next come to Plymouth

Fab 3 night stay recently at The Grosvenor in Plymouth. Found all the staff to be really nice & pleasant, everything all clean & tidy throughout, comfy bed in nice quiet room, WiFi signal was great, brilliant location right by the seafront & only a short walk from the town centre & bus station - slightly longer to the train station but doable, breakfast available onsite if wanted. Stayed in room no 25, a single room, everything was all good. ||Couldn't find fault with anything & will definitely book another stay here again in the future. Many thanks 👍
