We often visit the cafe when walking the dog around the recreation grounds.
The cafe offers a good range of tea coffee and snacks.
The staff are very friendly and always helpful.

Lovely find on our way back from Devon. Nice selection of sandwiches and cake etc and friendly people. The park and recreation area looks great too.

Love Mudford rec!

The park itself is always clean and tidy. The kids absolutely love going there.
It's nice to have a rec with toilets, a cafe, and plenty of run space for the children as well as extra paid activities if you wish.

The cafe is great, I absolutely love their hot chocolates. Especially on a cold day!!

We are very much looking forward to the brighter evenings and better weather, so we can spend more time there!

Lovely friendly people.
Clean and warm, with a top of the range espresso machine.
However, the flat white was not a good experience. Over extracted (very bitter taste), poorly blended microfoam. They may benefit from attending a good barista training course.

Shame they don't serve much choice. If it served nice lunches I think it would be a great place. They could run coffee morning meet ups, stuff like that. I think if they ran more activities in the actual cafe, it would draw in more people. I like the fact you can bring your dog with you, so maybe run some dog meet-up stuff?

Its a little pricey but there was a nice selection of snacks and drinks. Staff were lovely and served us nice and quick. Super convenient to have a cafe right on the rec.
