A nice clean and comfortable hotel easy walk to town centre not much to do in Yeovil these days but great location. Room was nice and clean wish you could open the window Nice and quiet the breakfast was good though i prefered it when it was a buffet. overall very good. Will stay again.

'Terrible' does not relate to the overall stay - Just Breakfast Staffing. Room great - ALL Staff were great. BUT ..... had to wait 15 mins to be seated at breakfast, then it was a further hour before the breakfast was served. One Chef, One waitress (Fran) and they had pulled in another member of staff from housekeeping - Unsure of her name, but she was another hardworking, polite and friendly individual. They were working seriously hard to keep things going, and the restaurant was not overly busy, the staff were constantly having to replenish the Continental breakfast as everyone was using that counter whilst waiting for cooked breakfasts. One of our group was told they could not have breakfast as it was too busy and they had not pre-paid, even though they were staying in the hotel, and were booked in the night before - In fairness, that did get sorted. I know of at least one couple who went in for breakfast, but left after 45 mins when their order had not even been taken. Come on Yeovil Premier Inn - You NEED to sort out your staff cover! Having one of the Housekeeping team does not resolve the issue. I have stayed in a lot of Premier inns, but never known anything like this before. Your customer facing Staff were a credit to your company - Your rota planning was diabolical

The bed was very comfortable as usual. The room was very clean and presentable, we've stayed here numerous times over the last 15 years when visiting our daughter and grandchildren as it suits us well. The only thing that lets it down is the Beefeater restaurant at breakfast was understaffed and people were having to wait over an hour for breakfast. We cancelled our food in the end as we were restricted by time and we were not the only customers to do so. We were promptly given a refund but we were very disappointed that we had to make other arrangements elsewhere at short notice.

This town centre hotel has to use the nearby Star Lane for its parking, but its cheap at only £1.90 for two hours, and free after 6PM, Handy for the High St shops and surrounded by good eating establishments (especially Tamborinos), and a cinema.|Good room on the 2nd floor with virtually no corridor or hotel disturbance. Good size bath in our room, but note not in all rooms! As usual, a really comfortable bed and decent size TV. |Very helpful staff on arrival (Goisa), and in the dining area for breakfast. We were planning to use the Yeovil Airfield Premier Inn , but the prices there were, somewhat surprisingly, way above this one, so we think we made the right choice

Morgane could not have been more accommodating, considering the pressure she was under due to short staffing, she did a wonderful job. Not much more to say other than the hotel chain could support their staff better.|The beefeater restaurant would be better if re introduced personally… draft beer would also be better received rather than just bottled beer and soft drinks.

Great stay! Had a wonderful time at Premier Inn Yeovil Town Centre. The rooms were clean and comfy, a good location and the service was great. A huge thanks to Morgan for being so helpful and friendly. Definitely going to stay here again when im nearby!

The room itself is fine and the location is good, but the issue is the hotel is majorly understaffed. Long waits at reception and the breakfast situation was dire. Booked in for breakfast at 9.30, wasn't served until 10.30. Considering the hotel was "so busy", the fact they had only 1 chef working and had to pull in members of housekeeping to help in the restaurant is awful. There's no way that the staff can be expected to cope in those situations. Given the price of the stay and premier inns reputation, everything outside of the room itself was disappointing. I sincerely hope that Premier Inn are paying staff at least 2 wages seeing as they all seem to be doing the work of at least 2 people.

The breakfast was terrible—juice jars were empty, poached eggs were watery and tasteless, and the porridge had a rubbery, unpleasant texture. On top of that, the staff at breakfast were slow and quite rude, making the experience even worse.||The room smelled awful, and with windows that don’t open, I had to endure it all night. The sheets felt cheap, adding to the discomfort. To make matters worse, I requested a booking invoice three times by phone and never received it.||Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. Sorry, but never again.
