Stayed here for the week. So comfortable a real home from home. Everything you need. We stayed at Shippon barn Wonderful. We had a cute little welcome pack with some scrumptious home made scones. And a present for our dog. It’s very dog friendly, an enclosed garden where he could wonder around safely. Lovely seating area. Safe parking. Beds well comfy. Spotlessly clean. It’s tucked away down a lane, easy to find and get around from as long as you have a car so you can tootle off. Peaceful and tranquil. Highly recommend this gorgeous barn. Definitely worth a stay.

My wife and I have just returned home from a weekend away in Somerset for a friend's wedding. All I can say is, what a glorious weekend topped off with great accomadation and hospitality at the Home Barn B&B. Carole & Glen were extremely welcoming and the full English was a 10/10. ||||The rooms are furnished well and all the sheets and towels are of high quality. ||||The room and bathroom was very clean and the accessible mini bar 'honesty bar' was a nice touch. Essentially it's a bar that they trust you will contribute to if you drink from it. ||||I strongly recommend staying here if you're looking to be in the area. Great value for money and a lovely pleasant experience.

Stayed at Home Barn on our way to and from a Cornwall holiday. There were 3 of us so we had both rooms - and both are amazing! One has a good-sized bathroom, the other (upstairs) has a great wet room with monsoon and hand-held shower combi. All with L’Occitaine toiletries, super soft robes and towels. The upstairs one is bigger with a v comfy sofa.|We were warmly greeted by Carol who quickly produced welcome tea and cake. There are so many thoughtful touches, but I think these have been covered previously. 2 miles from the assorted eateries in Yeovil, there’s also a good quality and super speedy Chinese takeaway who deliver- leaflets for this are at Home Barn, as well as crockery and cutlery in each room should you choose to eat in. We will definitely return as it’s such a wonderfully peaceful place and so very welcoming.

We booked Home Barn Farm at very short notice and what a lovely place it is. Carol was very welcoming and our room was lovely; spotlessly clean with every amenity that we needed. The bed was super comfy and there was a fantastic rainfall shower.||We had a very small baby with us and Carol was so thoughtful, that she left the central heating on a little later to make sure that we were all warm enough!||Breakfast was delicious served in a very relaxing dining room. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area, then don't hesitate to book Home Barn.

Highly recommend.|Just had a week at Home Barn, this is certainly 5 star.|Our room was large as was the bathroom and spotlessly clean. The choice of breakfast was really good and well presented, the location was fantastic and so peaceful.|We were greeted with tea and homemade cake which was delicious, Carol and Glen could not do enough too make our stay perfect and were excellent mine hosts.|Our next visit to Yeovil / Somerset we will certainly be going to Home Barn.|Arthur & Sharon

Stayed here for one night on the way through to Cornwall. The B&B is excellent. Really clean, really comfortable bed and a very welcoming host. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we were meeting some friends near Exeter but you can see from the rest of the review how good it is. Well worth a stay. Also the view from the bedroom window is excellent.

We booked both rooms for early in November and found ourselves in a glorious haven in the midst of the countryside outside Yeovil. The rooms in this gorgeous barn conversion are incredibly comfortable, and come with so many thoughtful extras. The breakfast was absolutely delicious- we are still in raptures about the blueberry pancakes, and the top quality full English ! There were lashings of hot toast, croissants, fresh fruit and other very tempting delights ! You certainly will not leave the beautiful old farm table hungry ! (The welcome homemade cake was very moreish too)! Home Barn is definitely a home from home - we cannot recommend it highly enough !

I stayed at this lovely B&B with my elderly parents, my dad uses a wheelchair.||Ideal accommodation for us as my parents stayed in the downstairs room and I stayed upstairs. ||Ramps were on hand to enable access with additional help from Glen if required. Parking for our disabled car was right where we needed it.||The rooms were beautifully finished with everything you would need for an overnight stay. The towels and linen were top notch, as were the comfortable beds.||We attended a concert at the Westlands centre which took us less than 10 minutes by car from Home Barn.||We're looking forward to the completion of the new accommodation currently underway adjacent to the existing which will be equally accessible for my dad.||I must mention the superb breakfast.||My dad and I are coeliacs, however that didn't faze Carol at all! For the first time ever I had gluten free breakfast pancakes with maple syrup - a huge treat!
