Booked this for my partners belated birthday surprise, was very disappointed when we arrived to the yurt. The outside area was very messy and unsightly (see photos) I did expect some sort of off grid setting and have stayed in previous yurts but this was really disappointing and unattractive the area was just really messy and unloved and looked like it hasn’t been touched in months. The glasses were covered in dust (see photos) and inside the yurt smelt like mould and damp. There were noticeable stains on the pillows and dirt on the blankets inside the yurt. (See photos) everything just seemed dirty and tatty. The final straw was when we noticed black mould spots all around the walls of the yurt (and along the yurt wall near the bed!) which appeared to have been covered by material that was stapled over to perhaps cover it. My partner has severe asthma so staying here was out of the question as it would have been a significant health risk. The host seems to think we stayed for lunch but after a 2 hour drive we had eaten a meal deal on our arrival to the yurt as was starving ( wouldn’t class this as staying for lunch) we then made our exit and felt very disappointed as for the money we paid (£157 for one night) we were expecting something really nice. I’m writing this review mainly so others don’t get ill from staying here as I feel this could be a genuine health risk.||Note- The host did give a full refund and was prompt in their response which is a positive and I think with some serious TLC and mould removal it has potential to be a nice place to stay. I really don’t like to give bad reviews but I feel this was necessary especially after we were so excited for our stay. I do think perhaps the yurt just needs a full replacement or some deep cleaning to be up to the standard for the price.

We stayed in the Marrakesh yurt for Mother’s Day. Alison was a lovely host and nothing was too much trouble. Hot tub was amazing looking over the beautiful fields. Host even left a few choccies for a Mother’s Day treat. Fire pit with marshmallows! Yum! Everything you could need, even down to a few games for the evening entertainment. Full cooked breakfast was delivered to us in the morning. Thank you so much for a really enjoyable stay.

Great place, lovely tents, fabulous breakfasts (kids got tiny versions of pastries). Ali is a great host and who can forget the free roaming ducks and chickens visiting you at all times of the day. The poppy tent is great for 4 ppl and Marrakesh is perfect for 5.
Tea, coffee is provided as is sugar, salt and pepper.
Beautiful surroundings and amazing views of the night sky.
We will be going back again. Loved it

We stayed here for two nights during December. We arrived at night, with the tent and hot tub all lit up. The tent was set up for Christmas, and lovely little touches of mince pies, marshmallows, crisps, milk, tea, coffee available. Even some candy canes and chocolates on the tree. The hot tub was hot and ready for our arrival, as well as the inside and outside fire. It really felt like a lot of care and attention had gone in to make it special. We stayed for a quiet couple of nights, staying by the fire all evening. It was lovely!!

Lovely friendly host :Ali. Room small but loads of great extras. Toiletries, snacks, cake, hot drinks,fresh milk. Wonderful full English breakfast. Ali allowed my daughter who was camping elsewhere to come for breakfast. Thanks Ali.

I couldn't recommend this more if I tried.
What an amazing and special break we had. Fantastic tents, every detail thought of. Luxurious hot tub to relax in. Ducks and chickens to feed and make friends with. Not forgetting the wonderful Emzy the dog (if you like dogs! If not, she's kept out of the way) Glamping in fairyland. Not to forget the delicious breakfast options brought hot to you when suits you! So many places to visit nearby, things to do, yet we so enjoyed staying onsite we almost didn't want to go and do anything else!!! Ali is the most accomodating and generous and helpful host ever. I feel I have a new friend!! My kids can't wait to go back either!!

We had an amazing stay. The place was cosy and the hosts had thought of everything including delicious freshly squeezed orange juice which was very appreciated after a long soak in the hot tub!

Me and the missus stayed here in late July absolutely loved it. It had a special magic and gets in your bones wish I could have stayed longer
