Ross & Ross were our caterers for our wedding back in September 2024 as this was who our venue used and I cannot recommend them enough! They were incredibly attentive, professional, and very helpful in understanding our vision. They were also incredibly flexible and allowed us to change our minds several times and adapt the menu to exactly how we wanted.

We opted for the private taster session and we were so glad we did as it was such an amazing experience! We felt truly special and every dish was full of flavour, beautifully presented and left us wanting more. We chose a mix of classic and modern dishes for the big day and our guests raved about the food! The highlight for many were the canapés and the trio of desserts.

If you’re looking for exceptional catering then I would highly recommend Ross & Ross. They made our wedding day not only beautiful but also delicious!

We got married at Caswell House in May 2024 and had Ross & Ross as our caterers. The whole experience with them from start to finish was so smooth. Communication was fast, our tasting was easy to organise and they made it so personal for us which was a really special experience. They offer a wide range of options on the menu and were so accommodating with any changes we requested or any guests with special dietary requirements. We had so many lovely comments from guests saying how amazing the food was, it was absolutely delicious and the portions were just right. The staff were so professional and it gave that extra level of service which didn't go unnoticed by us, or any of our guests. The team set the room up exactly as we requested and did an amazing job. Would recommend Ross & Ross to any couple looking for incredible food on their special day.

We got married at Norton Grounds in June 2023 and the food was a HIGHLIGHT of our day. We are massive foodies and Ross & Ross completely smashed it. Their attention to detail was insane – from looking after us and each guest, to the smoothness of service, everything was impeccable. The food is still talked about by everyone – every wedding our friendship group goes to is compared to the food at our wedding! Our wedding food still the firm favourite. Thank you!!

Ross & Ross did an amazing job catering our wedding. The service we received - from the cooking to the table waiting to the behind the scenes planning stuff was impeccable. We loved designing our bespoke vegetarian menu and having total creative control. The food was perfectly executed. The canapés were great and very well received, particularly for our vegan guests.
The main meal was as delicious on the day as it was at the tasting which is impressive to achieve when catering for such big numbers. A lot of our guests said it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding which I 100% agree with. Some of them even said it was the best meal they’ve ever had! The evening pizzas that we had were also delicious and highly recommended.

Ross&Ross were great from start to finish. We felt welcome and guided through the process from start to finish. On our wedding day itself the team were phenomenal from start to finish. All of our requests and personalisations were respected and our guests were really happy with everything. The dinner set up was sensational and exceeded all of our expectations. Special shout out to Richard who was so kind on the day and really made us feel important. Thank you so much for all of your help on the best day of our lives.

We hired Ross & Ross Events for our wedding last year.

Pros: Communication was excellent throughout the planning process, and the tasting experience was thorough and enjoyable.

Cons: Unfortunately, we were let down on the day. The canapés were not properly distributed, and some guests—including my parents—didn’t receive any, despite us ordering the maximum amount. The starter was supposed to have poached eggs, but every table was served boiled eggs instead. My main course was missing the vegetables that had been planned.

Additionally, we had arranged for a bar tab in the evening, with instructions to consult my husband before extending it once it ran out. Instead, guests were unexpectedly charged at the bar, which was not what we had agreed upon and caused embarrassment.

Overall, while the planning phase was promising, the execution on the day was disappointing.

An enormous thank you to our chefs. From the canapes, to our sharing platters and pizzas, we thought the food was impeccable! And an extra big thank you to the pizza chefs who braved the cold and snow!!

We loved all the personal touches throughout the weekend, particularly the pizza boxes in our room which were very welcomed by us both at the end of the night!

Thank you for all the support in planning in the lead up to our day. We were so thankful to be able to work with the chefs to completely customise our food options.

Ross and Ross were the most incredible team who provided delicious food and 5* service at our Wedding in December 2023 at Caswell House. Whilst preparing, their team were quick to respond, very flexible, understanding and executed our needs perfectly. We had an amazing tasting at their premises in Chipping Norton - and couldn't believe the quality of the food. We were amazed again on the day of our Wedding where that quality was replicated at scale. Their team were also intuitive, friendly and so caring on the day - one server made sure that my husband and I received the canapés during the cocktail hour, and again looked after us at the dinner. Kate ran service, and stayed so very calm when timing ran late and was an invaluable partner as we resolved updates throughout the day. Our family bring up how delicious the meal was frequently - we cannot recommend them highly enough!
