I spent 3 nights at Oxbridge Farm over the Bank Holiday weekend. |Carolyn made me feel very welcome and very kindly carried my case to my room which was huge with spectacular country views from the window.|The bed was so comfortable!|Breakfast was home cooked by Carolyn - we discovered we had lots in common and I will miss our horsey chats!|There are loads of fabulous walks within a short drive, including up two of Dorset's highest hills - Lewesdon Hill and Pilsdon Pen Iron Age Hillfort. The views are spectacular. Nearby Bridport and Beaminster offer a diverse mix of things to see and do from history and heritage to wildlife and nature, not to mention the beautiful Jurassic coast.|I would definitely recommend and thank you Carolyn for such a lovely stay.

Where to start, Carolyn was the most wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious, the bed was so comfortable we have decided we now need a new mattress having slept like a baby for the last 2 nights. En suite shower is spacious and spotlessly clean, as is the entire B&B. Wonderful views. Hats off to Carolyn to making it a great stay even though she was busy lambing at the same time! ||We will 1000% be back!

We had an excellent three night stay at Oxbridge Farm. We could not fault it.|Tea and lovely home made cake in the garden on arrival. The house was spacious and with beautiful furnishings. Carolyn was an excellent hostess, and found time to chat to us despite running the farm and the B & B. We enjoyed visiting the lake, and walking to the local pub, for some excellent beer. All in all a memorable stay.

We first visited Oxbridge Farm in 2018 (see my review Sept 2018). This is now our 12th stay! That must show you how wonderful it is. All reviews mention the high quality of the rooms, the superb breakfasts on offer, the brilliant host, Carolyn who is so welcoming, providing information if you want, but elegantly judging how much or how little the guests want to interact. The views from every window are magnificent and you can experience real peace and relaxation but also have quirky Bridport a ten minute drive away, the superb Jurassic Coast easily accessible and fabulous hills to climb. Book direct for the best deal and don't delay as there are just 4 gorgeous rooms on offer.

Just returned from a short break at Oxbridge Farm, we have been here on several occasions. Beautiful house set in stunning scenery. Very spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with a wonderful view and extremely comfortable beds. The host is very welcoming and provides an amazing choice of delicious breakfasts. This is the perfect place to recharge your batteries, very peaceful with lots of lovely walks, very rural but only 15 minutes from the coast at West Bay and Bridport with twice weekly markets and a good choice of independent shops. We are really looking forward to our next visit.

We have just had a two night stay at Carolyn’s lovely farmhouse B&B. It is difficult to find anything to add to the eulogies from previous guests, especially HappyDays056, whom I am sure we met at Oxbridge Farm. Carolyn is a great hostess and the guests are invited to share her home. Our bedroom and bed were large, airy and comfortable with bucolic views from the double aspect windows. Fresh milk and water were supplied daily. Breakfasts were varied and delicious. We felt that the more sociable amongst us would be very happy here and we really enjoyed talking to Carolyn and our fellow guests. The house is in a quiet spot a short distance along a typically narrow Dorset lane, the negotiation of which added a frisson of excitement for us townies. The house is within 5 minutes drive of a good local pub and a short distance from Bridport, where we can recommend dining at The Olive Tree restaurant. We cut our stay short by a night because my wife was fed up with the colder weather and regretted having to say goodbye to Carolyn.

Super kind and caring host, Carolyn. Very tasty breakfast made to our orders every morning. Very clean room and bathroom, extremely stunning views from the house (have a look at my posted photos). We will definitely return here for future visits. West Bay is a very nice and small seaside town with sandy beach, added bonus is the Jurassic coast line view.

Fabulous stay at this beautifully appointed B&B. A warm welcome by Carolyn with tea & cake started our stay well; comfortable rooms and delicious breakfasts ensured that our diverse family group , aged 5months to 66 years, all had a wonderful time . Carolyn helpfully provided a children’s supper and arranged for us to use the BBQ for our own evening meal. Very well placed for exploring Bridport & the Jurassic coast yet in a quiet and peaceful location. Looking forward to going back!
