This place is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. The full-body meridian and acupoint massage was incredibly professional. The massage was precise, and each movement worked deeply into every part of my body, relieving the accumulated fatigue and stress. The head therapy was especially good! The gentle touch combined with the soothing aroma instantly helped me relax, and I felt so much lighter afterward. Throughout the experience, the staff was attentive and thoughtful, providing excellent service.  I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of relaxation.

So I never would usually post anything like this. But I need to let others know. I went today for a 30 mins massage. Was taken from one building to another as I needed the toilet and the facilities were not working. Then I was put in a room, the woman could speak no English and gestured me to remove my clothes. She came back in while I was undressing and stood and watched and kept laughing like a lunatic. She jumped onto my back and cracked my spine with her knees. For ten mins, basic moves went on and eventually out of no where she pulled by boxers off! Not down, off my feet! I said what are you doing and she kept laughing and trying to soothe me! I am a gay man, not that it matters. But I wasn’t there to be touched up. Avoid at all costs.

Ellis from reception to massage was delightful, she talked me through everything having never had a Chinese massage before. she also shared her knowledge and i felt in very good hands with 16 years experience! it is very well priced in my opinion and a very comfortable experience. Just been for a massage at Lai's massage, a business I visited periodically over the last few years due to chronic back pain.
Unfortunately it appears the business has recently changed hands (according to the masseuse who dealt with me) and let me state clearly this recent change is NOT for the better. What used to be a decent massage service has now devolved into a basic "rub and tug" establishment. The 1 hour massage was £50 which in itself isn't too bad BUT half way through the session the masseuse kept pressuring me to pay a FURTHER £50 for "extras"!!!! Sorry but this is a disgusting practice and especially considering there are signs posted saying "we offer no adult services". Pressuring customers mid massage for stuff like this especially at DOUBLE the cost (though any amount is unacceptable really) is depolarable!!!
Rest assured I WILL NOT be returning in future which is a shame as under the previous owners Lai's was a decent massage service. Nowadays it's a seedy cash grab and anyone seeking a decent massage business should 100% look elsewhere!! Absolutely disgusting!!

Wonderful massage for us yesterday we went as a couple me and my partner and had hot pot which is just out of this world relaxing, I will definitely have another massage here. The staff are lovely feels like a nice family atmosphere tea was offered and we both said our massage was done with skill they are people who know how to massage properly through years of knowledge and practice. Second time here already, but the massage remains the quality, the massage from the masseurs are well-trained, and you can communicate with them easily in English as well, you can tell them which part you had the most issues, the masseurs are able to fix your problem.

If you’re travelling here and finding a massage to relax your body, then this massage center is good choice for you!
