Caroline always takes good care of me when I come in and is great with tailoring the treatment to me. I always enjoy our sessions each month, we usually have a good laugh too! The clinic has such a positive and friendly atmosphere - wouldn’t go anywhere else!

First time visit to Jesmond Beauty and if I could give a higher rating I would.
Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and I was put at ease the minute I walked through the door.
I had a skin tag on my face which I was very conscious about. From the consultation to the treatment I was kept informed step by step. I can’t believe I didn’t come sooner. Would highly recommend

This was purchased as a gift to me, and was my first time using the salon. On arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome and did not have to wait long before Abby arrived. She was also very welcoming and ensured I was comfortable with what the treatment included before beginning. I had a very relaxing massage which I would recommend. Once completed there was no rushing you out the door and advice was provided for the remainder of the day.
A beauty clinic I would definitely recommend.

What a wonderful first time experience at Jesmond Beauty. Kirsty was so lovely and very informative about the treatment I was having. I couldn’t recommend her or Jesmond Beauty enough. I will definitely be returning in the future.

What an unbelievable treatment and therapist. The whole experience was 5*. From the moment I met Julie she knew that the initial facial that had been booked wasn’t suitable for me and made sure I received a more appropriate one. Her knowledge and undertaking of my facial was perfect. I would highly recommend Julie and the Jesmond Beauty Clinic to anyone! Thank you for making me feel so welcome and for the amazing service

Abby was simply lovely. She kept checking all of the time that I was happy with the shape of my nails 💅🏻 and also the colour. Very chatty and easy to get on with. She made me a lovely cup of coffee. A real credit to the team.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Emma Xxx

If I could leave a higher rating I would! From the initial phone call to enquire about my wax to the wax itself, it was faultless. The lady I spoke to on the phone was really informative and answered any questions I had (first time waxer) whilst putting me at ease the entire time. When I arrived at the shop it was just beautiful with gorgeous gift items to browse whilst I waited to be checked in. The staff at the front desk weren't intimidating in the slightest, I was made to feel completely welcome from the off. Caroline then collected me and took me upstairs to a really clean calming room and told me what I needed to do to prepare. She was so lovely and friendly and any anxiety I had quickly disappeared. The wax itself was so much less painful than when I had tried myself and it was over in no time. Caroline chatted to me throughout which helped me relax. I can't recommend the shop and in particular Caroline enough. If you've been considering getting intimate waxing done but have been too scared, please give them a go. You will not regret it! Thanks to Caroline and the team.
