One of my favourite places to go for a massage. Very relaxing and always my first choice. 4 stars only because there is no air conditioning and it was quite hot but the service was amazing

I’m very pleased with the end result. But what an unwelcoming and genuinely uncomfortable atmosphere for 2.5hrs. My stylist barely spoke to me during the process and the consultation was really poor. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but as someone is is nervous of colouring I defiantly was not put at ease. It was really awkward and I felt quite upset by the experience. The detangling was awful she tugged my hair so aggressively that I audibly yelled (ignored). I don’t think I’ll go back to be honest.
