Beautiful Clinic with wonderful staff. I’ve been for a few places for Botox in my life but this is by far the best place and the longest lasting. The clinic is perfectly clean and looks beautiful. Perfect location and the appointments are always quick and easy. Dianne is so lovely and always remembers who I am and makes me feel at ease. 10/10

I have been to city aesthetics twice for my lips done. Both times I had the pleasure of having Jane as my Injector. She is everything you are looking for in a injector. She is professional, kind , compassionate and makes you feel very calm and comfortable in her company. I have not felt any pain during both treatments which is new to me as previous places I have been I have felt discomfort during procedures. Would highly recommend for anyone , wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Jane x

Always a gorgeous experience visiting city aesthetics! Michael is so welcoming and creates such a calm and relaxed atmosphere. His facials and massages are amazing, he listens and makes sure it’s tailored just right for you. If you want glowing skin and a sculpted jaw I’d 100% recommend (and I have, to so many friends and family!)

I first went to Jane for lip fillers about ten years ago, and I've seen her once a year ever since. Her consultation was excellent, she examined my lips and immediately picked up on the uneven top lip, then she ran through the procedure using diagrams of the face to clearly explain the risks and healing process. At no point was there any pressure to have the fillers, she actually advised going away and thinking about it then booking back in. I decided to go ahead and it changed my life really. I had zero lip tissue before fillers. It was something that made me self conscious. My lips now look so natural I have to prove they're fake. I get 0.5ml roughly every 12-18 months as it stays so well. The attached photo is immediately after a 0.5ml top up. I wouldn't go anywhere else now, the whole team are amazing and carry out their work beautifully. Professional, talented, clean, knowledgeable and very friendly.

Jane was so lovely during consultation , answered all questions and gave advice . No pressure to book appointment . Booked and appointment and she did everything step by step handing me the mirror everytime to make sure I was happy with the progress . Loved the results wouldn’t go to anyone else .

Both Diane and Jane are truly brilliant at what they do, better than anyone else I've seen, also caring, professional, they listen and for that they really deserve 5 stars. I would give the place 6 stars if I didn't have one small bugbear- it would be nice if the appointments are running late that the receptionist let clients know instead of having to sit there overtime with no info about what is happening. When I asked the receptionist after 10 mins, which wasn't easy as I didn't like to ask, I felt uncomfortable in front of other sitting clients as she was surprised and defensive and I felt fobbed off with, 'It won't be long", I really don't mind waiting but just would have liked to know something and not feel bad for asking.

Had a 60 minute targeted massage by Michael, his hands are magic and he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the treatment , the room was clean and the music appropriate, highly recommend, thank you, I will be back💞
