Excellent Laser Treatment Experience
The staffs were friendly and Maria who did my treatment was excellent.

I had an amazing experience with the laser treatment. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. It’s clear they know exactly what they’re doing – their expertise and skill were evident throughout the entire process.

What stood out the most was how interactive they were. They took the time to explain each step of the procedure, answered all my questions patiently, and ensured I was at ease. The results were fantastic, and I couldn't be happier.

All the girls are so welcoming at the metrocentre clinic. They are all very professional but make you feel so comfortable from the minute you enter the clinic. The lady completing my treatment is called Charlotte. She’s exceptional at her job, she makes me feel very at ease and comfortable throughout the sessions. I couldn’t recommend her enough! I can’t wait to go back for my next session.

Kate has been incredible , I had my second session with her today. She is always very thorough and attentive, she makes sure to ask me all the appropriate questions and always checks how I have been progressing with the treatment which I am very grateful for as I think it’s very important ! Kate is very thorough with the lasering process and makes sure to take the time to ensure each area is done properly- it has never felt rushed which is pivotal for me and is one of the main reasons I continue to book with her 🙂 She is friendly , approachable and a credit to Therapie! Had my second session done for hair removal and they have been fantastic and very professional. Had my laser session with Kate and she was wonderful and very thorough. She also made me feel at ease throughout the session.

Easy to book an appointment, results are great and staff are lovely. Kate who did my laser hair removal today was attentive and friendly but also professional at doing the laser. She asked me questions about my hair removal progress but also explained every step of the way what she was doing.

I booked to have Ranjeeta. I arrived at 9.45 for my 10am appt. At 10.15 I had to go and ask how long I’d be waiting. Ranjeeta came to take me through and started the consultation, two mins later a member of staff knocked and said they were going to swap injectors. Nobody asked me if this was ok.

I’ve never had the same injector at Therapy twice. There’s a distinct lack of customer service.

The injector I was swapped to appeared to be distracted and unprepared, she didn’t clean my skin first, thankfully I was make up free.

For someone who’d maybe never had injectables, I’d have found this experience extremely concerning.
