Rooms could do with a renovation. They’re dated and old. They reflect the price of the room guests. Sheets had marks, either they need new washing powder or the sheets weren’t changed from the previous visit. Staff were pleasant and efficient.

Big spacious room and close to city centre so ideal for shopping. Sainsbury's car park next door which you can register when you get into the hotel. Nice quiet rooms. A little dated but adequate for a night's sleep. Would stay again

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay rooms are a decent size and bathroom actually has a bath very relaxing .well ventilated with ceiling fan . Prices are reasonable. Atmosphere is quiet and relaxing . Easy walking to shops and sea side restaurants.

Great value, spotless, great location, with nice helpful staff. Gemma (may have been with a J), helped us move room when I asked for a quieter one away from lifts . She carried our bags and was most polite with nothing too much trouble. Definitely returning . Breakfast amazing. No queuing, always being replenished by staff. Lovely waiter and waitresses . I enjoyed a recent stay in this hotel. What stands out is the staff, all so friendly, helpful and attentive. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful.

Excellent bed and considerate staff. Parking was difficult due to major demolition works around the hotel....However a VVV special mention to "Gracie" who accompanied me through a diverse route to the basement parking: Way beyond her obligations: Promote her now!!

Whilst the hotel needs updating the staff were exceptional. Rachel in particular was so warm and friendly and brightened my day. She has helpful and cheerful. An asset to the Copthorne Hotel. Would stay again once the refurbishment is complete.

Very comfotable stay having stayed at Hilton Hampton night before for companies easy. Copthorne offers large room with big TV and fresh air via the window which opens slightly. It's not to different to Hamptons except perhaps age of building although Copthorne shower better.||Breakfast is very good with reasonable selection all well presented. Noticeably to that all staff polite and welcoming.||I enjoyed my one night stay and they have left a good impression on me.
