A really enjoyable short stay. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I booked a meal deal which is great value. The dinner menu options is vast. I had a really good burger and fries. Breakfast is outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be going back

Arrived at the attached Premier Inn at 8:25 on Sunday when checking in asked if the restaurant was still open we were told it was. We dropped our bags in our room and headed next door to the Brewers Fayre. We were greeted with a barrier across the restaurant and told it was closed. We were told we could order and sit in the bar, but were warned we needed to order quickly as kitchen closed at 9pm, thus was then corrected 8:45pm, then to 8:40pm. It really did seem that our custom was not welcome. We looked around the bar there were a couple of table available which were not cleared and there was food all over the floor which hadn’t been cleared up. We didn’t stay to order so can’t comment on the quality of the food. So…||Availability of restaurant 0/10||Staff attitude 0/10||Cleanliness 0/10||Food quality - unknown

Jade in reception was lovely. She couldn’t make us feel more at home and was really friendly. Donna on the bar, was lovely also, nothing was too much trouble. All the waiting staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We come here often visiting family and always stay in the hotel and eat in the restaurant. Thankyou 🙂

I always stay at this hotel when I’m visiting family in Yaxley. It’s honestly the best hotel and the staff are always so helpful and welcoming. The room was lovely and clean, the bed was really comfortable and the shower was great. ||Jade helped us yesterday and she is extremely helpful and so lovely! We will definitely be back 🙂

Lovely warm friendly welcome. Location excellent. We stayed overnight while visiting family. We were on top floor. But bed wasn't the normal comfy bed that PI have.. Over all brilliant stay would definitely stay here again if need be. Plenty of parking too.. Thankyou.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn Peterborough Hampton, and for £277 for two nights, I expected much better. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.||||First, there was no water in the room, no iron, and no phone to call reception—you have to go downstairs and ask for everything. The water they provide is in a glass at the front desk, or you can buy a bottle from the vending machine for an outrageous £2.70.||||The shower unit was old and tatty, and the hot water didn’t work properly. The sink splashes water everywhere because it doesn’t open fully, making it messy and inconvenient to use.||||The pillows were completely worn out and thin, offering no support—felt like sleeping on a sheet. Housekeeping was another issue—even if you leave the sign on the door requesting a clean, they still don’t clean the room unless you also tell reception (which I found out the hard way).||||Staffing levels were poor—only one receptionist at a time, always busy, meaning you have to wait a long time to be served. The hotel also has long corridors with no staff around to assist if needed.||||For the price, this stay was absolutely not worth it. You’d expect better service, working amenities, and basic comforts without having to constantly chase staff. I wouldn’t stay here again.
