The rooms are clean, the beds are so comfortable, even the settee bed, & the location is really convenient for access to the A1 & also to Bedford & Cambridge.||However, it's the staff & the level of service they provided to us which stands out for me; it was quite simply excellent!!||It's been a difficult time for us since early February with a close family illness & subsequent bereavement leading to four stays at this Premier Inn during February & March. ||Each time we were greeted by Andy, Hannah & another two ladies (I'm so sorry I can't recall your names too but hopefully you'll know who I'm talking about) & they were all so helpful with loaning an extension lead, moving us to a more suitable room & on the last night offering us the use of the bathroom in the next room as our bathtap had broken. As it happened we didn't need to use this but it was made clear that nothing was too much trouble for their guests & showed us that they truly understand the importance of great customer service.||We had breakfast on one morning, the continental option, which was quite good but could be improved (in my opinion) by adding some eggs & some slices of cheese to the spread as they do in so many other hotels we've stayed at & who charge an equivalent price. The service from the staff on duty was very good but the toaster had definitely seen better days I'm afraid & proved to be very erratic.

There was a nice big car park, and the gentleman on reception was very friendly and booked us in quickly. The 1st-floor room and working lift room are clean and tidy. ||Food was off-site in a local Pub, and we had Breakfast booked at 8 am. There was a nice selection of grub and drinks. good table service. All good from us

Always a great stay! Never a disappointment. |All staff welcoming. Room cleaned to standard. |Jennie and Andy always put a smile on our face with their service. Can always have a chat and a laugh. |Look forward to returning with our little bundle of joy 🙂

Jenny and Hannah are absolutely amazing. I left my perfume behind and the saved it for me. Jenny recognised me as a regular guest. Which was so lovely. Hannah is always very helpful. They gave us extra towels. The breakfast was amazing. Theresa is a great house keeper and so is Liz.

We stayed for one night whilst visiting the area; It was quiet, room was large and bed comfortable. Couldn't have asked for more from a room and it had everything we needed. Andy at reception was very friendly and represented the company well.

Myself and 11 year old son enjoyed a 2 night stay whilst visiting Harry Potter studios and Whipsnade zoo. Special thanks to Andy for his warm welcome on check in and Harry potter quiz on our 2nd night. Andy went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, lovely to have a friendly and smiley face to greet us each evening.

One knows what to expect here, spacious, clean room with comfy bed, pillows and duvet. Soon had the temperature up to desired level .
I had an accessible room with a low bath. Good for my limited mobility.
The only down side concerned the adjacent pub - The Crown - where breakfast was served. I think the better option is the continental as the quality of the cooked breakfast was below par. (See review)

We must have seemed like the most awkward guests ever but Lauren helped settle us in with untold patience as she ran up and down stairs (staff not allowed to use lift!) Her two colleagues helped too with an equal amount of friendliness! Andy the Might Manager made us our dinner booking, lent us his umbrella and turned what could have been a miserable weekend a pleasure. The staff at the Crown Inn again gave us such a welcome, Poppy and Sue to name but two. Food superb and the rooms at the hotel warm cosy and beds very comfortable! Nothing but praise!
