I went on Sunday with my sister in-law and nieces. We were welcomed but receptionist wasn't very talkative, however she was not rude just busy. We had the only 2 XL robes so I do think that they should have more because being a larger lady I would have been mortified not to have one that fit. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, we got changed then two of us went for our treatments. You could not fault the ladies who gave our treatments, they were fantastic and it was such a calming experience. We then went and relaxed by the pool. We did have lunch in the cafe which was reasonably priced and delicious. Then it was steam room, jacuzzi,sauna and swimming. It was an amazing day and I will go again

Had a spa day for my birthday. The massage was very very nice, I really enjoyed it. I do think the club needs to be remodelled and get some work done, as some stuff around the club were not functioning. The staff around the club could be more welcoming. I also had a meal at the cafe and it was tasteless and they did not have any milk alternative option.
If you going to the club to relax forget it, as it is packed with people.

Very disappointing visit and rude staff!!

I had bought my mum a voucher for her birthday which included sparkling cream tea, two treatments and access to facilities.

They never received the champagne or the food which was part of the package, the staff were extremely rude when asked about the champagne and food, she told my parents to go just go get water from the fridge themselves!! And that the kitchen was now closed so no food was available. On their arrival my parents had made them aware of the voucher they had and no one had told them there was a certain time that they had to have it by.

The facilities are also very old with much needed renovations, the tiles in the jacuzzi were missing and the water was cold. Also during there treatments, which is supposed to be a relaxing time all they could hear is the people in the upstairs gym, which ruined the whole experience of a relaxing massage.

When I tried to contact them about this the only thing they could offer was to come and use the facilities again in either the same location or a different one! For a £100 voucher this is insane!

Definitely do not recommend there are much nicer spas to go around the Peterborough area. Do not purchases voucher for this spa as you will be disappointed!

Stopped here for a gym session after a meeting nearby and it didn't disappoint, friendly staff and other gym goers. Gym had everything I needed and the spa was nice to chill in after.

We visited the spa today after receiving some vouchers for Christmas. Staff on the front desk at the entrance were friendly and helpful, and the ladies upstairs in the spa area were great. Pool and sauna facilities were OK, if a bit dated.

The cafe was a let down, the menu wasn't great, and the lady on the till was sarcastic and snappy. Not the sort of attitude you expect when you've made a journey to a venue for rest and relaxation.

Hubby paid for my treatment for my Christmas present. Wonderful. Came out feeling refreshed, cleaned and polished. Told him it was best present ever. And he said he'll pay for a other treatment for my birthday.

Staff in the cafe are so unfriendly and nearly at the point of being rude. Emails are not responded too and the spa facilities are disgusting. So much is dirty, broken and the smell from the drains is awful. The gym floor is fine for what I need it to be although there’s often machines broken and the personal trainers are friendly. The girls who work upstairs in the spa are also lovely. The staff downstairs could learn a lot. If I had paid for a spa day and came here I would be thoroughly disappointed and demanding a refund.

Had a girls spa day and it was lovely! The treatments were relaxing and the spa was nice.
We came for a relaxing escape but unfortunately the pool is also open to non spa guests. Quite a few families came in so the pool area echoed with screams and was really loud. Normally I wouldn't mind but this was a day away from our screaming kids 😂
Food was nice, the chutney was strong on the burger.
