I was in this business last week to buy a couple of gift vouchers last week and spent over 100.00. When in there i decided to book a massage for myself, so booked in for today friday for it. But when I went out to the car to drive to the appointment, it wouldn't actually start. Flat battery i think. So i rung the place and got a voicemail, where i left a detailed message explaining the situation. A short while after, they called me back and insisted on taking a cancellation fee just shy of 30.00. I was asked if i wanted to rebook? Laughing out loud. No sympathy for the situation whatsoever. The car wouldn't start. Nothing i could do about it. But all that mattered was that they took a cancellation fee. Very short sighted and small minded. So no, l won't be back and i won't be recommending this business to anyone, including the two people i bought the vouchers for. Been a loyal customer for years, both here, and 100 club at Summer lodge 🙄

Took me in for a bio sculpture manicure at really short notice. So helpful and friendly. Great selection of colours, excellent service. So happy with my nails, will be back soon.

Went there for an eyebrow and eyelash tint. My first time. Pleasant staff and enjoyed the offered hand massage. Not outstanding but definitely 4*.

I visited Margaret Balfour beauty ,to buy a nose stud , staff were very nice and I was able to buy what I wanted looks nice and friendly beauty shop salon I'm not qualified to comment on treatments so far
