Lovely hotel with a great personal touch from reception. I had driven from London for a football match happening the next day, the receptionist extended my stay in the car pack at no extra cost. The hotel is centrally located in the City Centre on the main A15 road with a shopping centre and Asda adjacent on the otherside. The rooms were very spacious compared to other Radissons I have stayed in, comfy beds and clean. Peaceful as well considering my room had a view of the A15 itself. Peterborough Cathedral is less than 5 minutes away with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars to suit everyone's tastes. The River Nene is nearby too, I recommend the Charters bar on a Dutch Barge boat, if you like Real Ale, Burgers and Asian Food. Great stay despite a 3-0 defeat for Charlton Athletic at London Road, easily accessible to A1 motorway and Peterborough Train Station roughly 10 minutes walk to hotel!

An excellent location with a car park that includes a charging point, a very warm and efficient welcome and the rokm was comfortable, contemporary and spacious. The only snag was the hearing didn’t work and by the time I got back from my event I’ll be honest, I couldn’t face going downstairs and potentially having the hassle of moving rooms. The duvet was warm so I slept well. I’d stay again but next time I’ll check the heating works before I unpack!

Car park is full of trades vehicles. Guests unable to reserve a parking space. Heating on 3rd floor was not working and we were allocated a room there and not advised about this.
Gin choice extremely poor, no decent quality dry London gin.

Had a few nights stay here and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The breakfast fry up is just what you need and has plenty of options. The food served for dinner is delicious and it is easy to tell that the chef is a proud one. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable however the shower felt a bit dirty and the windows showed a lot of condensation in the mornings. This could be due to the fact that the heating completely did not work and only blew out cold air which was disappointing but bearable. Location is great and central.

Very fast and friendly check in, room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was well equipped with a good shower. We were on a room only tariff so cannot comment on the breakfast and bar. Hotel is ideally located for a short walk to the city centre.

Great hotel in great location. Near shopping, the cathedral and passport office. Lovely fresh breakfast with plenty of choice. Friendly and helpful staff. With free parking on site ( enter registration number at reception on arrival). We will definitely stay again

Lovely break welcoming staff and recognition for status. Room very clean and quiet( ok we did get disturbed by late revellers but brief). Oneminor irritation that room was not made up on the Saturday and tea making not replenish but otherwise an excellent stay and good value

Terrible smell outside. Booked a double and asked not to be put in a twin under any circumstances. Got put in a twin. Changed rooms 3 times as each time it was a twin or just two singles put together with a duvet over. Got no sleep as both beds move and feels like you’re falling off. Bathroom full of limescale and rust so didn’t even want to use it. We were in the “board room” on floor five for our meeting and it was so bad. Absolutely tiny room with no natural light or fresh air, so we all got ill from the old cranky “air con” circulating germs. We didn’t get all the refreshments we were supposed to and we just couldn’t wait to leave. Never again
