Love this shop and the staff. All are equally friendly, helpful and always smiling. They are great with advice for newbies like I was. My confidence and my tan have come a long way through visiting the shop. I also have my eyebrows waxed and eyelashes done here. Recommend to everyone I talk to 😊

I would highly recommend urban oasis for any beauty treatments. I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted and my lashes permed Amy I can’t thank you enough I love my lashes. X

Every booked 1 hour massage is done exactly after 45 minutes. They are okay but not really good. No one bothers to really do service for the one hour fully paid but only 35,40, maximum 45 minutes ifs like they set the timer and are super unmotivated. No one needs so long for getting dressed and undressing. Nowadays they don't even ask you if it's fine. Won't return.

I absolutely love this place. I love all the ladies who work here. They are friendly and welcoming, always happy and positive. It also offers so much more than a typical tanning shop. You can book hair appointments massages have treatments done the list is endless what this sparkling place has to offer!!

Soraia did an amazing spa facial was very pleased with result . However this was supposed to be a relaxing treat and all I could hear was thumping music ! Not good for Spa treatments. Soraia said next time could ask for the quiet room upstairs. Surely this should be where relaxing treatments are done. So although done well by a lovely Therapist while experience spoilt and I was not relaxed !!!!

First time having anything done to myself was given some vouchers as a present so had my first ever waxing done throughly enjoyed the experience will go have something else done so not sure what .The lady was lovely friendly and very good
