I dashed in with a dripping ice cream, wanting a milkshake for my partner. I had already gone in other shops to no avail. Our car park time was up, so I was in a rush, but also frantically licking my quickly melting ice cream! The kind gentleman told me to calm down, and not to worry, as I apologised for entering with a drippy ice cream. The man was not bothered at all, and happily served me.

Portuguese food cooked well. Delicious. The café offers simple food at a low price. It could be better laid out. The back room felt very cramped but if you want honest to goodness food, recommended

Very nice comfortable cafe with very good food and pleasant staff. The place had been refurbished since our previous visit last year and is bright and cheerful. If I have one small criticism it is that the continuous music was too loud and heavy. People don't always want this when eating or when trying to converse with family and friends. Music is absolutely fine if it is soft and in the background.
