Found this gem by chance. The food was lovely. Really friendly staff. Very relaxing meal. Cash only. Take your own alcoholic drinks. On street parking

This place is not what I expected in the best way.
Take your own alcohol, with no corkage and amazing Chinese food. We shared the mixed starter, which was delicious. Especially the smoked chicken and the prawn toast. Then I had the vermicelli Singapore style. Lovely spice level, huge prawns and a generous portion.
Can't believe I've not been here before, but will definitely be back.
Alice and her family are very welcoming and have a great little place.

Popped in for a quick lunch while on the road expecting only greasy spoon options but ended up having Kung Po Beef and Egg Fried Rice. Excellent.
