I thoroughly recommend Sarah Kay .I have been having foot reflexology with her for three weeks now(and have more booked) She is very friendly, approachable yet professional.She creates a very relaxed atmosphere and very quickly puts you at ease .After each session I have felt a real improvement in my wellbeing.I am sleeping better and generally feel far more positive about life.Also my plantar fascilitis problems are improving with the treatments.
