There is nothing they haven’t thought of at all.
Total perfection in a b&b. Amazing comfy bed, Netflix, sky, chocs in the bedroom, fan, lovely smelling soft towels, fridge, tea and gorgeous ground coffee, lots of toiletries, usb charging plugs and loads loads more.
The breakfast was amazing. Cooked to perfection and filled us up for the day.
Karen, Mark, Eddie and Maisie made us incredibly welcome and we left feeling like we’ve made friends. Thank you so much for making our weekend away so relaxed and special. They even helped us carry our bags to the car in the rain!! We will be back 💫💫💫💫💫

Just back from a two night stay and it was perfect. Our hosts Karen and Mark went out of their way to make us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was fabulous and the little luxuries like a bowl of chocolates, cafetière with fresh ground coffee, every tea flavour you can imagine and even a drawer in the bathroom filled with all the bits you might have forgotten. Everything was so fresh and clean, Netflix and Sky in our room, superb breakfast and a lovely little hotel/bar just up the road to welcome weary walkers. We can’t recommend highly enough and will be back one day.

This Airbnb is ran and owned by Karen and Mark who are just lovely. They were very friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome immediately, from the moment my sister and I arrived, until we left. They couldn’t do enough for us.

The property itself is a real hidden gem. It’s extremely pretty, super clean and well equipped. The gardens are absolutely beautiful with a spectacular view over looking Lathkill Dales and the surrounding countryside.

Breakfast was lovely and we felt very spoilt. The attention to detail was on point all the way through our stay.

Karen and Mark made our stay an experience we’ll never forget. The hosts deserve a rating all on their own - they were amazing. This is by far the best Airbnb I have stayed at ever ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our stay at the Garden B and B. Karen and Mark ensured we had everything we needed. The room was exceptionally comfortable and absolutely pristine. Our breakfasts were amazing! We had a wide choice and everything we ate was delicious and there were such generous portions! Our bedroom looked out over the Dales and the beautifully kept garden.
We can highly recommend The Garden B and B, it is an amazing B and B in a beautiful location. What more could you need!

What a splendid spot. Beautiful views from the well stocked rear terrace over Lathkil Dale and surrounding countryside. The hosts, Karen & Mark, are excellent - truly friendly and helpful and there breakfast cooking skills are superb. The ingredients are top quality, locally sourced and cooked to perfection. Full English is absolutely what you would expect and the Salmon and Scrambled Egg - lightly smoked salmon and never had scrambled egg like it! The room and shower room were scrupulously clean and cosy as is the whole place and there is a great selection of herbal teas as well as freshly ground coffee and English tea in the room. We were warmly welcomed with a handsome slice of home made Bakewell tart and coffee too. The area is excellent for walking or motoring out and a stones throw from the local pub. It’s worth spoiling yourself believe me! Thanks so much K&M for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous time here. It is immaculately clean, with lovely facilities. Mark and Karen are very relaxed and can't do enough to help. Breakfast was one if the best I've ever had... great ingredients, perfectly cooked. It is in a great location with beautiful scenery and walks along Lathkill Dale from the doorstep.
