Friendly staff with a massive selection of fresh fruit, veg and other foods, they do flowers & plants too! Well worth a visit, in the road next to the old pack horse pub.

Edit: As I have left a 5 star review previously due to the excellent service at the flower shop by their female florist (see below), we returned to order flowers and a wrist corsage for our wedding reception.
We had a lovely and informative conversation with the same female florist and were very happy when we had placed our order.
However, when we returned 2 months later to collect the order, it wasn't ready for our collection time and none of the flowers that were discussed prior had been ordered. Unfortunately, the florist serving us neither cared for the failure nor apologised. His service was poor and the wrist corsage was assembled in 2 minutes as "he was meant to leave for his bank holiday weekend trip". The first flowers fell off after putting the corsage on and before I had even moved and the flowers didn't last long.
I am sad to say that I was very disappointed about how the situation was treated by the staff member.
For everyone who orders flowers for their wedding reception - I hope Fosters handles deliveries much better than collections...

Previous review:
We were looking for some flowers as a thank you. They've made the most gorgeous bouquet which was very well received.
Adorable little flower & veg shop with local produce. I only discovered the Deli section recently! Absolutely amazed by this all-in-one shop!

This place was unknown to me until yesterday. A work colleague and friend told me that the food there was "to die for".
The shop is a delightful and charming place, filled with flowers, fresh fruit and vegetables and tucked away at the back, a wonderful delicatessen area containing some beautiful cheeses, pies, sausage rolls, cakes and pastries.....the list goes on.
I asked for a beef sandwich and they produced a very large joint of beef from which they carved many many slices to more than fill my sandwich. Horseradish sauce was added to my taste, and I added a sausage roll to my order. The sausage roll was filled with meat with just the right amount of herbs and spice, and there was no air gap between the meat and the pastry, nothing but really good, tasty food.
The staff are really helpful, very approachable and attentive to their customers' needs.
The whole experience made me wish that I lived in the town. As it is, I do work nearby so they will be seeing me again. And again.

Amazing catering. Sometimes I order a buffet, sometimes a curry…this time is was a chilli. Everyone who had some said it was the best they had eaten. Came with salsa and guacamole so I could make nachos. Can’t recommend these guys enough.
